This store is located and a very convenient, central location. Super markets, gas stations and Starbucks next door. The available inventory and prices are why I always go back.

Customer Service All rhe employees I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The cashier (i think his name is John) soared to the top. I purchased items for a drive our synagogue, Temple Beth Sholom in Santa Ana, was sponsoring for Orangewood, a shelter for abused children. I was fortunate to find a "carload" of clothing at amazingly low prices. As the cashier was about to total my purchase I realized I didn't have my credit card and only $46.00 in cash. My bill was $162.02; I asked if they would accept a check but it was limited to $100.00. The amazing, generous cashier paid the difference. I am indebted to him and wish there was some way I could reciprocate. He has a big heart. Target "rocks".

Corporate should use this store as an example of how not to run a Target. If you can get past the people trying to strong arm you to buy candy bars and the recall Gavin newsome people you will be greeted by a staff that is so poorly managed they can’t handle simple tasks, have poor attitudes, and bad mouth their own store. Lacks strong management or leadership. I’ll drive to a further away location rather then give this location any business. Shameful

The order pickup feature is awesome. Pick everything I need, get an email it's ready, cruise over and grab it. Might have been my fastest Target shipping experience ever.

Junk shop! The staff of the electrical department is very garbage, attitude, character, and heart is extremely sick! You can feel it!

Above and beyond customer service. Helped me with all my needs that day and was efficient as well as I was on a time crunch. Tracer Hayden stood out in all my days and years of shopping at Target. This is a big statement as I shop at Target exclusively for my families needs and business needs as well and have had a lot of positive experiences with all the staff at this location. However, Tracer was exceptional and especially pleasant and approachable (despite Covid) ; he made the entire experience enjoyable.

I ordered some much needed items via the Target app and went to pick up everything the day after. Items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and milk were not purchasable via the app, but that’s totally understandable as those are high sought after items right now. I went to the customer service area to pick up my items and the front desk clerk quickly scanned the barcode from my app and found all of my bags. Thank you Target! A definite efficient method to shopping for some essentials.

First time buying big pokemon pack it was 50.00 dollars and it was the best time ever i loved it the employs were so nice and i was happy with my choice as soon as i saw that big pack with a few other packs were thw best

They have swimsuits in November! We forgot to bring our suits with us on vacation. Thought the local mall might have suits in some stores, but could not find anything in our price range. Happened to drive to Target and they had 6 racks of suits for women!

This store is a disaster. It was a complete mess, there selection is the worst of any Target I've visited and the staff is from the bottom of the gene pool. Corporate should shut this location down or close it for a renovation because it reflects poorly on the organization. Rancho Santa Margarita and Lake Forest have top notch stores that this store should use as a model.

Friendly staff and well stocked. Just what you expect from Target. Get in, get your goods, and get out fast. Parking lot can get busy at peak hours but nothing crazy.

Needed new curtains for new home and the staff was really helpful with curtains that block the sun.

One of the cleanest targets I've been to. The selection isn't the best but it's a great clean store.

A regular target, but the people who work here were very nice and went out of their way to show me what i need.

Store was clean when I came in on a Friday on a non-holiday weekend. The Starbucks up front was open and inviting, and Target guest services was friendly and polite to interact with. Store felt clean and properly maintained throughout. Staff I saw were friendly and attentive. Nothing remarkable about the products and selection, common to all Target stores.

Very nice store, always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. Never really had an issue except for an out of stock item every so often.
