Target, West Covina CA

I bought two pair of curtains, and the cashier was talking to her friend that was behind me so much to the lady behind she forgot one set of my panel curtains.and they didn't have anymore the color i wanted, she must have gave the to that lady and i'm the one that paid for the, so i had to get a refund. I had to go back to see if they had them, and they didn't. So i end up with a refund.

This target was the worst I have seen in MONTHS. They’re roaches on the floors, I saw a man playing with himself, and they never answer their phones what horrible service

Up & Up products and Good & Gather foods are a great value.
The employees are really nice and helpful, and the store is clean and kept tidy. I also like the extra lighting, it's not dark like other stores. If you have a smart phone, you can look up which aisle has the thing you need.

After months of struggling to get my hands on a very important product to me, literally checking online and in person multiple times a week, I called in to get a better grasp on how I could solve my problem. The individual working the electronics section was cordial, but swiftly ended the discussion with a curt "I couldn't care less because they suck anyways". I honestly was put down because I've been trying to get one of these things for months. And I didn't get any help whatsoever. I didn't need to be belittled because the employee doesn't like what I like.

I purchased a product from a different company but would not use it. I tried to convince myself to settle. A couple of days later I saw Target had exactly what I wanted. I took the other product back and did not settle. Everyone was extra friendly.

About a month ago a lady named Frances. A lot of tattoos, maybe a chola?

She accused me of scanning the same thing twice to get a different item cheaper. She scanned both items and saw both were the same price. No apology and acted like nothing happened.

Does Target hire incompetent monkeys now? Sorry, but do people not have common sense? A simple apology would have been enough.

Other employees are always nice but she was a hostile person for nothing.

I love how fast the items are brought out and the accuracy of the order. I order curbside once every week or 2 and its been great. This last order I was missing 2 items for the 1st time ever but when I called in the store to let them know, a gentleman by the name of Elias in customer service, took care of it and I felt so at ease and completely satisfied with his very caring attention to correcting the error. Thank you Elias!

It was so easy and my order was brought out so quickly! The employee was friendly and efficient

I’ve been here several times. The staff members are rude. Also, they do not clean machines between each use. They have selective cleaning. I purchased and item. They did not clean the machine before me or after. They only do it when ever they feel like it. Just rude and very unprofessional. I have called them out multiple times about this unprofessional behavior. They sarcastically gave me the option to call corporate. I definitely won’t be going here anymore. I have had it!

Came to find shoes for my daughter not long after opening and this is what we encountered. How do they expect us to find anything? We gave up searching for a missing pair and will go to another target that keeps their shoes better organized. Thanks for wasting our time

Save yourself the hassle! A few places that are not so deceptive on advertising practices, they will not have products they offer at 50% off in store. Nintendo told me they received plenty. The game Rabbids was not selling that is why it is going on sale. Suddenly that is the only item gone at west covina store.
The only funny part was looking at gaming gross butt crack. Disgusting but Funny!

This Target branch is convenient with me I shop always here, cause it's like 4 minutes away from me. Clean & organized and nice customer service very helpful.

Employees updated the line frequently letti g us know how long before doors open and what to expect inside. Employees greeted us at the door with holiday wishes, plenty of staff on the floor, all very helpful, directed us on the line.line moved quickly. Very satisfied with rhe experience this year! WELL DONE! Dont change a thing next year!

We come here every week, as it's my family's favorite place to shop. Good staff and a great selection of everything. This particular Target seems very well managed.

Aisles were a bit messy and it was earlier in the day when we visited.the check out was quick and that was great, always good when the exit is fast

The store was a complete mess in the shoe isle! I said forget it! I then went to look for a slip in women's section and stuff was everywhere? I was too tired to deal with it, I just grabbed the other 2 things I went for and left disappointed

Staff in store is good but at the Starbucks it's less than helpful. Their espresso machine is broken or under maintenance half the time and they never offer you a coupon or anything for your next visit. The line is always ridiculous considering there are 3 other Starbucks in the area but of course you don't find out they have no coffee available till you've already waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line most of the time everyone in front of you is target staff ordering for the rest.

They have updated the store over the last couple years and it looks very nice. The only reason they didn't get the 5th star is because their employees aren't the friendliest.

Couldn't find two of the five items I came for. Rewards buys aren't brand wide just select items included in the buy 3 items get $5 gift card
