Employee was wearing a mask. I did not have to get out of my car. Best drive up. Simple & organized.

Always never stocked and never in order. Today when they opened new lanes they didn't even let the ppl who were first in line go. They just let everyone rush ahead so those who were waiting forever like me didn't even get serviced first. I only had 3 items but had to wait behind people who came after me with full carts.

The staff member that brought my stuff out was so understanding that I couldn't leave my dog in the car that day it was so hot outside. I appreciate her help so much.

Clean store, good prices, easy to find products, the store is NOT so large that I feel I am walking 2 or 3 football fields just to get what I need.

My experience was fasit and convenient, i was in and out under 5 min and was in no direct contact with the nice gentleman that helped me with my order!

Target Department Store in Redlands, California is taking this store to a whole new level with the complete remodel and great fresh changes throughout the entire store!
Every department has or is being completely redone-fresh wall displays, new flooring, new wall effects, new frozen food boxes, wider aisles and so much more-it looks so fresh and there are still more revs to be completed in a few weeks!
Target in Redlands has really taken this store to a whole new place!
I could also tell they are completely up to speed on healthy shopping as well-stickers on the ground reminding all to keep a safe distance, the entire store staff is face covered, store staff guiding people at the check out area to avoid crowding, staff cleaning shopping carts, lucite window shields, wider aisles, and much more!

I like how fast the lines move compared to before.there getting this covid checkout better organized
but was a bit warmer in the store than was conferrable

I had gotten my grocery shopping done with plenty of help from your staff. However, there were many individuals without masks that didn't make me feel safe at the store. It made me feel as if the store didn't care about my health. I do acknowledge it was the fault of the individuals attending without their masks on, still no one in the store did anything about the situation. I do feel thankful for everything I needed, but I do know I won't shop here in the future, since I feel problems like this will most likely persist.

This was the easiest and fastest store pick up experience I have ever had. I checked in on the Target app on my phone when I was just around the corner. As I was parking in the pick up area, the Target team member was already coming out to meet me with my order, even before I had the chance to hit the "I'm here" button on the app.

I went there today to buy a new tv online it showed it for 250.00$ online and in store sent my husband he comes back with the same tv but paid 500.00$ the lady in electronics said it wasn’t on sale when he came home and I seen the tv and how much he paid I called the lady in the electronics before I could finish my sentence she said I’m sorry I didn’t give him the sales price I hit the wrong button like how is that possible you accidentally were so lazy you couldn’t bring up the add from your store online instead u wanna rip people off in a time where we’re stuck home can’t go outside and most of us lost our job I usually love Target but this was bs lazy worker who had the worst attitude when she had to fix her mistake taking advantage of ppls money and time she should not be in the electronic department for sure!

Big changes coming! Open during construction. From treats to threads and those vegan options like Amy's. They have a grocery section and list the regional farms where it comes from. From a year ago.edited with a few photos mid remodel- yes again.

Train your electronics department. We knew we could exchange a opened game for a different game and they told us it was state law that we couldn’t even though the website said we could, shout out to the returns lady who backed us up and had them hand deliver the game to us and prove him wrong about what he told us!

Bad customer service at the target tech department. Originally went to the Tyler location but they didn't have the phone I wanted, but the guy there called this store and spoke to Samantha to put the phone on hold for me. Took me 15 to 20 min to get to this location, to fimd out that the phone I put on hold cause someone else got here first. Incredible what's the point of holding it for me if when I show up there only answer was "well too bad they got here before you"

Not to mention this is the second time I have a bad experience with this stores department. Last week when trying to upgrade my phone I was told I was forced to upgrade my plan in order to upgrade. Come to find out it wasn't true. I did not need to upgrade my plan in order to upgrade phone.

Was referred to this particular department store. The store itself looked neat and well kept but I couldn't find any employee (s) to help me to find what I was there to purchase. Wasted a good 20 minutes or so hunting without success for an item this store no longer carries.

Friendly staff, everyone is working so hard to keep the shelfs stocked with Christmas only 5 days away.but EVERYTIME I come here with my daughter she wants popcorn and an icee (its a tradition now lol) and EVERYTIME the icee and napkin area is DISGUSTING! Trash, spilt drinks, sticky spots.ugh!

I really like this Target! It's not as crazy packed as other targets I know of around here, and they carry what I like.

This place is lame. I took my 6 year old to get hot wheels the pegs were empty and they were about to stock the toys so we sat there for an hour patiently out of their way only to tell us they had no hot wheels. And suggested I try tomorrow I come in at opening time walk to the cars to get him some while he was at school only to see them stocked and picked through and all the cool cars he wants gone. And the same cars we see here usually.

It’s the dishonesty and I believe your own employees are picking through boxes and taking what they want. It’s lame how is he going to gt anything when he don’t even have a chance

Easy to get in and out of, in relation to the freeway. Easy to find somewhere to park. It is very easy to go in, get what you want and go. Also, it has a Starbucks inside the door.

Hadn't been to Target in awhile.found some great ideas for the holidays. Nice fall type clothes!

This store is terrible. Always out of everything. Whoever is managing this store should be fired. Shelves are never stocked, always out of everything you need, always long lines, no help anywhere, etc.
