Target, Colma CA

I bought sliced Watermelons yesterday at Colma Target, just to taste this disgusting expired watermelons! Do Targets never check up on the foods they have to make sure it isn’t expired yet!? That’s just disgusting and unprofessional!

This place is a construction zone at the moment, Shampoo and hair products and personal care products are spred across the store in different isles, i Cant find anything. Even the workers dont know where anything is rite now. Just Trying to find simple things and Construction sounds gave me a migrain, eugh,

Going instore for a quick pickup was in and out in no time.very much worth doing online pickup. Didn't have a long line today but pickups and customer service should definitely be separated more for those who are coming to pick up an order, so not waiting in line long.

I usually go there for my mom's adult diapers. They didn't have what she needed so we went to the Serramonte branch

Target in general is very clean and always has helpful customer service. There was a specific employee at the Colma Target at Serra Center that I would like to mention. I was trying to return an item that I didn't like, and for some reason, there was some problem with the return. The person who was helping me, Hilary, was very kind and continued to help me with the return. She went above and beyond to help me return this item, even though it was fairly inexpensive and small. I really appreciated her dedication and friendliness.

This location of Target is way better than any other location around here. It’s almost got everything and the staff is really helpful too!

Subscription shipping is nightmarish. Target has been hiring some really bad store employees, and this poor performance has infected its subscription shipping service. What’s worse, Target has been charging for unshipped items. These shipping issues were relevant before the pandemic.

It a good store but I can't seem to figure out the layout and where to find what I need. Also it takes a while to get parking depending on your time and day of the week.

I think the service is very good and the order was complete. My only wish is that you could find a way for contactless purchase - so we don't have to scan our phone. I have a high risk household member and don't want to expose them unnecessarily.

I like this Target. It's decently large, and it's right next to the other Target across the other side of the freeway, so if every anything is out of stock at one, it's just a quick drive over to the next door Target. Also appreciate that there's Volta electric vehicle charging stations at both Targets

This target has everything that I need, I have a target very close to me but it is small and doesn't have everything I like to find all in one stop.

Not bad for a Target. One of the larger ones in the area. Easy to access. Lots of parking. Usually have a good selection of the things Target normally carries. If you're in the area and Target has what you need, this is the place to go. They also have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express inside if you need to shop and eat or caffinate.

Picked up a TV. It was quick and friendly staff help loaded onto cart for easy transport. Can't get any better.

This bad review is NOT towards the TARGET COLMA store and the other staff. We’ve been shopping here for many of years, also we brought our service dog with us always and never was approach or questioned. Although We have the credentials and also our dog has a tag of a proof of a service dog.
This refers ONLY ONE TO A STAFF MEMBER Young Adult Named “JAMIE”. Who was working today near the appliances, this staff member JAMIE approached my Family and I and Harassed us because, our service dog, is not supposed to be in the shopping cart. And on top of that JAMIE Told us that our dog is unsanitary and dirty. And he repeated it to us that our dog is not supposed to be in the shopping cart. Who in the hell is JAMIE to tell us that it’s the LAW. THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA? Apparently he didn’t read the fine line were exempt, because we have the right credentials to have a service dog? I will be sending out another letter to the Corporate office for this matter, of being harassed by a staff member named JAMIE. Also, I’ll be sending out to corporate a proof of copy of our proper credentials for our service Dog. Just and FYI. For the people who has service dogs think twice Before entering the store.

Best Target on the peninsula. Always plenty of cashiers, friendly staff, clean store. WAAAAAY better than the Tanforan location!

This is my go to Target, even though I live closer to a different one. I like this target because they have a large number of self checkout stations (because I’m antisocial). The workers there don’t bother you unless you ask them to. I usually go at night so it’s always pretty empty. There’s are more stores next to it including a nice Ramen place. Also, it’s open until midnight.

Most of what I need is at Target without going to multiple stores. When I don't have time to hop from store to store.

The Starbucks in Target colma is FAR better then the one by poke bowl. Love coming to this target, seems spacious than the one in serramonte and tanforan. And the bathrooms are cleaner too

It was the most amazing place on earth. They have everything you could ever want. I want to live here in the produce section.

The entire staff are very helpful. Also they will price match items one may find more reasonable on the internet.
