Best target always has everything I need and staff are amazing aside of being also very professional

I was doing an return and this lady who speaks Spanish she was being alot rude to people and give me her attitude so bad customer service in Spanish worse. Target should hire people who loves their job not like this type of people who hates their job.

When I visited there, I had a question about a Portable Power Charger for my Mobile Phone. I asked Two Employees about where I should go to get it and the Information about a Portable Charger. Both of them were very kind and so nice. That is why I could get it with my acceptance and satisfaction.

Brought multiple online/in-store orders/items to return here. Also a mix of shipped from Target/other sites. Brendan was super patient and helpful getting through all of it, even with some issues popping up. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find, so I really appreciated the help today!

Nothing special about that particular Target. Drive Up staff rude and slow. BUT the in-store pick up and Drive up service in less than 2 hours, is good and convenient

I've been coming here for YEARS. Probably since I was a kid. Has everything you need, clean store, and friendly/helpful staff. Never had a problem. And thankfully it's next to the park! Love Target. You should too.

Great to purchase something and getting out, customer service isn't that great. Even the return policy is ridiculous, and not all coupons are accepted here: best to use Target App for discounts

I had an amazing experience with the guy working at the electronics. I don’t know his name but he was wonderful so it started with me going to the electronics and I asked if they had any apple watches and he said yeah but only the SE So I told him I wanted it and he brought it and so I bought. He was very polite and deserves a raise.

I Lve shopping at Target. My Kids Lve going here as well. When we need something ASAP we know where to run too

I went yesterday and so many customers without masks. It doesn’t seem like the managers really care. It was very uncomfortable.

Great selection and fast check out. Also the best selection of greeting cards that we have seen anywhere recently. Many are quite unique!

One of the drive up workers "Charlene" was terrible! She crushed me eggs on my items in my trunk! Knowing she crushed them! You can't not hear that! The trunk popped open she had haved to have heard it and closed my trunk afterwards didn't apologize! Or get me new items! Had me drive home to findout! I did order drive up because i had my baby in the car with me she was hangry! And wanted eggs! Which I had to drive back and return them! The manager I didn't ask her name said "sorry it happens" well. I believe it wouldn't have happened if she cared! I shouldn't have drove back and had to have deal with something that shouldn't have been an issue. I work in customer service and this is unacceptable.

I like this target. Its the nicer one of this area. Employees are always willing to help out. And they are always stocked with merchandise.

I've been coming to Target for years I'm not sure what happened to the customer service and the individuals that work in this target super unprofessional today and yesterday they went about a return very unprofessional and today was out of line they called the police they basically humiliated me all I asked and I let them know that instead of returning the two cameras they charged me on my bank card and they didn't want to hear what I had to say they basically avoided what I was letting them know they acted like I was lying so they discriminated against me
completely as being in school for paralegal I document everything I do. I take this as discrimination all the way around.

The store is clean, customer service excellent. The manager went out his way. I will back to this store. Im very pleasant with this store.
