Target, San Jose CA

I use the drive up option very often. This time when I went I had ordered eggs and a box of caprisuns and other items. I had the bags put in the trunk and the employee put the caprisuns on top of the eggs breaking some. I didn't notice until I got home and got the bags out of the trunk. Some eggs did break but not all, thank goodness. I called the store to speak with someone just to ask them to train their employees better when putting items in the vehicles but no one answered.

Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered! Scary part is I think he was management. Stay away from the older balding gentleman employee. Not only have I seen him yelling at employees, but today he yelled at me
I told him he was being rude and he said he wasn’t? Obviously you are.

The customer service/return department of Target located at San Jose Story road needs to be overhauled. The cashier Estefany is lazy, incompetent and no sense of urgency & customer service. Karla the manager is not doing a good job of managing & training her workers, unorganized and appears always busy but the fact is due to her lack of intelligent & management skills.
Raul is the only bright spot I encountered who is friendly, willing to help & put in the effort and competent.

Clean store. Items are stocked and in the right place, organized. Employee greet and are friendly.

Really rude people someone from guest services instead of helping ended up making a big conflict and now I have a big problem with someone else because of the person from guest services said things that supposedly I said which never came out of my mouth. Target should really train their people to be kind and honest.

I went in the store today, there was no signs outside that said all shopper should wear a mask, there was only a sign that said about the 6 ft distance. Then an employee came yelling at me for not wearing the mask. He could have been polite about it, but instead he just decided to yell at customers. Very Disappointing - ruined rest of my day because of that incident.

Called the electronic department 03/23/2020 @ 1: 02 PM and was put on hold for 14 minutes, hung up on, I called again and hung up again, and when i asked if they had an item in stock they said no in a frustrated tone. Very unproffessional and will not do any business here in the future.

I'm not sure if this is a national thing yet or not, but since I got to California five months ago, every single Target I have visited without exception has had a "Bananas by the Each" sale for $0.29 a banana. What a weird sale? Speaking of sales, a bunch of stuff was on sale when I went, which was dope. Anyways, I thoroughly enjoyed my Target run, check out the pics and come to Target!

No human cashier on Saturday morning, not sure if it is like this all the time.everybody have to use self-chechout, and all the self-checkout machines do not accept coupons. The customer service staff are really rude, very unpaitient, keep chatting with each other, ignore customers.

One of the worst Target stores. Horrible customers and horrible staff. Self checkout is closed, two registers only working. Cashier unable to enter the price despite her system prompting one. Shift managers look like she hates everything and everyone. Never again!

They're okay, The drinks are amazing, its just that they mess up wayyyy to much. They always are not getting the orders correct, and they're wasting most of my time

Went to pay abill the guy didn't even the guy didn't staple my bill or give me back the paper left it just laying there

I love Target but this location is very unprofessional! Heard the Manager and other employees talking bout a customer. WOW! Dussapointed.

It's one of two close to my house. The store is very busy and needs more employees. They are all nice but seem worn out. The store seems so different than the one on a silver creek.

These place is amazing, the customer service is always good.if you come to this place ask for Maria she is always happy to answer all your question.

I come to this shopping center quite often because it has a diverse range of shops. This place is always fully stocked up. On one occasion, I was having trouble finding the rice milk and one of the workers helped me look until we found it!

Standard target stock, employees are very helpful and kind. Found what I needed quickly and efficiently, wish it had been cheaper though.

A store full of workers and they have no checkout lines open. Expect customers to do self checkout. Beats the purpose, because everyone is in line waiting and having issues.

The selection in this location is decent as a textbook Target would. My only complaints are the facts that employees seem to follow you around unnecessarily and their Starbucks has none of the drinks you want.
