Great customer service. Jakiya had excellent customer service. I would definitely come back!

I like the STORE, it’s good. Employees? Not so much. Has a lot of stuff and usually always in stock. Just don’t do the drive up bc the employees are so lazy when it comes to search for the stuff on the floor. Once I ordered 4 storage bins and they gave me different color lids for ALL. Another time I ordered a case of Pacificos and they cancelled my order bc they were out of stock, but I went to the store and the were fully stocked. I get it, I’ve worked retail for 7 years also, it must be tiring but these pick up employees rarely even associate with customers so why not do the job right? Laziness is what it is.

Target lost out on over $150 today and thousands of future dollars because of some new policies concerning their trading cards and that costumers are restricted to only buy 2 packs of trading card per day this Is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be giving target any of my mony if they have a policy as ridiculous as this

Sad to say this Target was the filthiest Target store I’ve ever seen. The restroom toilets were ALL broken, no soap in the dispensers, and urine all over the floors everywhere. The ironic thing was the hourly cleaning checklist posted on the men’s room door.

No carts available. No worker or manager seemed concerned after i was looking for a cart and had to go outside and find one. A lot of items were out of stock. The bathroom toilet was clogged, the soap dispenser not working.too many negatives should be minus 5 stars. The cash register was nice 1 star Management where are you?

Only 1 cashier open and a long line. On top of that she was very rude and dumped all my items she had already bagged onto the counter when I asked if they charge for bags, because I had my own. She never asked me as I was still putting items onto the converter belt.

The slowest pick up and the slowest guest service of any target I’ve ever been to. Target is by far my favorite big box store; however, this experience does not support my belief in target.

Their shelves are always stocked compared to other branches. Staff are accommodating and the service is always 10/10.

If I can give them no stars I would. I went to target Tuesday evening. And I wanted to grab some items for the house with my 3 children. When we got inside there was no baskets. So I sent my 6 and 7 year old around to find a basket. They found one but it wasn't pushing. I addressed a worker near the door. She explained that they are busy and there might be baskets outside. We didn't se any. We seen other customers looking for baskets. I didn't like how she didn't assist me. She went right back to working. I asked for the manager. She pointed towards the register and told me she was somewhere over there with a blue shirt. I got upset because she wasn't helpful at all. I don't know what her manager look like. So I stared to walk outside and as I'm walking outside there are two men fighting in front of my 2 year old daughter we was walking out quickly. They approached quickly and was fighting over an item. They ran over my two year old daughter she hollered for her ear. The manager came and just apologized. There was an undercover cop that was chasing someone out the store. I didn't want to shop anymore. My daughters was dad and unsafe. They didn't accommodate us at all. I'm sad about that. People have to do better. My poor baby was so sad.

Great visit when avoiding crowds. Fast service, self checkout and always find what you need. All around a good place to waste time looking around.

I went to our local Target to get a set of binoculars for our grandson. The store's website said several sets of the binoculars I wanted were in stock but when I went to the store, none were available. Called other Targets with no luck but called the store on Sepulveda in Carson and got a very helpful person named Donna in Guest Services who went and got the only set in the store and saved it for me and was so nice about it! Grandson is happy and I'm a happy customer. Thank you Donna!

Always a pleasant experience! No solicitors at the door and cashiers are nice, fast and friendly! Always quality items sold here!

Everytime I came here and tried to try on some clothes, the fitting room is almost close. They should post fitting room's hour.
