Target, Burbank CA

Everyone is so friendly and kind at this target. Shopping there is great and easy. The staff make it clean and always a friendly atmosphere

One of the best stores in the area. Wide variety of goods available online and in store. The app works great: in store pick-up, drive-up and shipping options are available. My kids like browsing in the store especially in double-sitter cart.

Target Burbank would not accept a return over $250. I purchased 4 bedding a throw and 2 curtain rods. Went to return the 2 of the bedding plus the curtain rods since they didn’t workout and he wouldn’t accept a return due to store policy not accepting over $250. Each bedding was $119 which meant I could only partially make a return and come back on a different day to return the curtain rods.

Dan the ETL was rude, condensing, and was yelling at me stating he would not accept the return and basically asked me to leave the store and come on another day where I would have to make an appointment for my return. Made zero sense. I asked for his store return policy in writing and he got aggressive and said I had to leave.

I not once was I rude nor yelled. I am a professional a business owner and strongly believe being rude or mean to others doesn’t get you anywhere. I politely told him it was unacceptable how he treated me and I in no moment was Rude to him. He said here’s my name, here’s corporate name go file a complaint but I am not accepting your return.

Went to another target and it was so smooth to make my return of 4 items totalling under $300.

Not sure why Target Burbank especially Dan their employee applied a different return policy without even having anything in writing to back up his words.

Target either retrain your Emoloyee Dan or fire him as he doesn’t represent the Target brand at its highest level.

My drive up orders (2) yesterday were incorrect. I tried for an hour yesterday and today to get a hold of guest services/drive up dept. Each time I call it rings for a while, then drops the call. I tried other departments and the same thing happened.
I’m very frustrated, because there are items missing and I’d like to tell someone about it!

Worst target you could ever go to. "loss Prevention" followed my grandmother all over the store. Fat Hispanic wannabe cop. She finally turned around and asked him what he wanted and he was extremely rude to her. He was with a little short Hispanic girl. Horrible horrible people. Cooperate should really look into these people they hire. Totally unprofessional people.

Went to this Target and decided to use the self checkout. At first the worker there seemed to have an okay attitude, until I told her that the pricing on the shelf showed, buy one get one free. She argued with me about it, but refused to go with me so I could show her what was being advertised. She then called another worker over (supervisor, maybe?) who was so rude about it she started speaking in Spanish thinking I don't know the language - WRONG! Her attitude was basically, "oh just give it to her, I can't be bothered"; so unprofessional! The worker at the self checkout then decided to give me a blank stare while being super nice to other shoppers. Both workers made the otherwise pleasant experience not worth it. So the store itself is well stocked and varied, but there are other Target stores around with much nicer workers within.

The best Target; my favorite Target is this one in Burbank. Very spacious, organized, and always clean.

Bad pay and weird management. I would without a doubt be homeless if I still worked there.

It was nice and clean store. Found the item that I looked for. Multiple self-cashier were open and I was in and out in minutes.

First I want to say that I’m very sad to write this review, this particular target has been my store for at least 20 years, I don’t even remember when they built it in the Empire center, and partly the reason it’s been my favorite store is because of the employees, let me start by saying Most of the employees are still fabulous, kind courteous and caring, there are some new faces in there that don’t smile their uniforms are dirty, and they just don’t take any pride as to what they look like. Now the real reason I am writing this review The store is a mess and I believe the mess started ever since they put the Ulta section in the store, all of the isles are messy, stuff is thrown around, clothes on the floor, all over and it really looks more like a Walmart, and that’s the reason I don’t shop at Walmart, because it is messy and dirty! First I was thinking it’s because of back to school shopping, but it’s been way before, since they put that Ulta in the store I don’t know what that has to do with it but this has been a few months that the store has been like this and I’m very sad because going to this Target was so much fun for me and my daughter, I love the clothes I love towels I love decorations I love everything about the store always have, I hope somebody in the managerial department reads this and takes it to heart because I’m not the only one that feels this way.

Shopping at the Target location at the Empire Center in Burbank, California, is always a pleasant experience. The Customer Care Team is excellent, and the store is usually well stocked.

Target stores in most cases has all we need. I like the hours of operation, it's very convenient. I like pick up same day option. I like that Target has its branches in each city, so that if one doesn't have what we need, the other will have for sure.

I usually have a good experience going in the store. Please check your phones. I have called 4x in 2 days, and put prompted the apparel dept and guest services. The call rings with no answer or the call "ends". How frustrating.

Hence forth, today will be known as ("Wonderful Wednesday's") at Target!

The music made our day! I actually stopped another shopper and asked her what she thought. She said "it is jammin'". Lol

Great store, it’s always clean and staff is very nice and thorough. They always have their items stocked up and nicely organized.
