The electronics department never has anybody in it and when i went to ask a team member to call someone to electronics they called somebody but nobody showed up for 40 minutes. I did not stay any longer and left empty-handed.

I had checked in that I was on my way to pick up something and was parked for a few minutes before I hit “I’m here” in the dark of night since the sun sets so early now and some one pops their head in my windshield while I was on my phone on the app and yelled ARE YOU PICKING UP, I almost had a panic attack. I was so upset. It’s not like was loitering, I wasn’t there half an hour! I could not have been there longer than 4 minutes. I told the person who delivered my groceries what happened and she brushed me off saying they had people parking there when they had no pick ups. When I arrived every single pick up spot but one was open. There was no crowding or wait for these spots this weirdo just got a thrill out of spooking people.

Jonathan in electronics is super rude and should treat people how HE would like to be treated. That being said.the manager, David, IS A SAINT. BOOOOO JONATHAN! YAYYYYY DAVID!

Jonathan in the electronic department should honestly be fired or get better training for customer service, the way he let a customer disrespect another customer and do nothing and laugh along with him which enables this behavior to be acceptable in target is seriously concerning. This target needs to do better and get a better employee for this department. Shame on you Jonathan.

Jonathan in tech is not helpful to customers and it is questionable if his behavior had anything to do with other customers race, sad to see something like this in a target

Guy at the electronics area did not want to do “standard check out” at his department for 1 item and no other customers keeping him busy.a contrast to other places I’ve been to.

The store is very much disorganized, and I don’t like how it’s all set up then finally I get to the cash register and the African-American lady that was just rude or than hell. I wouldn’t suggest shopping here because the prices are moderately high and they put you through a hassle just to shop here, if you have the money you’re better off shopping at a department store for everything.

Have to say Targets prices were much more competitive than the grocery store down the street.

This is my favorite target! Have been coming to this one almost exclusively for years.

While I feel bad about leaving a single star, I want it to be known to everyone that shops here to NOT TRUST THE AT&T SALESPEOPLE. THEY WILL LURE YOU IN AND THEN HAVE YOUR PHONE LINES SWITCHED OVER WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

This happened to me recently and now I feel upset and triggered every time I’m trying to do my shopping. I see them talking with families and wondering how many more vulnerable people they could be doing this to?

I decided to let them know what happened with my phone line being ported and then disconnected from my original carrier when I came back. I talked to Justin who claims to be a manager and he only gave me a personal number and hasn’t reached out to me when I asked about a corporate phone number or email.

I realize this is not exactly targets fault but they need to be aware of what the people they allow in their stores are doing and what could be happening to their customers.

I’ll be looking into a formal complaint with AT&T after this

Jake with AT&T was very friendly and professional while working in target today. He kept the conversation happy and easygoing. I stoped into target for a Fitbit and was greeted by his friendly face. He even shared a cute personal story about his aunt and how she gets her steps in. Thanks for being a nice person Jake there aren’t a whole lot of people out there like you and for that I’d like to say thanks.
