Target, Alhambra CA

Electronics department does not have any knowledge about.electronics. Took 30 minutes to call on the phone to ask if they had a charger. Got hung up on several times before someone finally picked up. Employee said they had the charger I was looking for. When I arrived the charger was not available and the employee was severely confused about what to do or resolve the issue. Overall, you might as well just suffer with your old electronics than ask these stupid people for help.

Called to inquire about buying an unlocked phone. It took a minute for them to answer, but once they did, they were very helpful with providing information that was particular to purchasing a phone through Target, and about general technical questions I had regarding phones.

I used to enjoy going this target back in 2011- 2018 alot has change since then isles can be a bit confusing I can say there's always something going on they change the merchandise in different areas or there's construction probably 2 times a year it can get frustrating at times and whats up with yall only having 3 cash registers open and more self check out I'm a boomer for crying out loud I'm new to this technology too much of a hassle!

My review is for a certain employee by the name of Claudius at the Target in Alhambra. He went above and beyond to get an item that I was looking for. The item was not outside in the isle were it was suppose to be. Without hesitation he told me to not worry and wait, he will get it promptly. I had previously asked another employee whom stated that if it wasn't outside then it meant there was none left. It just took that one employee to take the time to help, he even asked if there was anything else that he can help me with. This made my night and I walked out as a happy customer. Great customer service. Thank you Claudius!

Horrible pharmacy customer service be ware! I was there on a Tuesdy and there was a Tall asian lady in a white coat with straight black hair. I believe her name was Rebecca or Regina she would not council me on over the counter medicine. She kept saying it was a target brand and that they do not stock the floor, it was not her job and would not council or help me with any questions. She was very rude, unprofessional and demeaning. I tried to ask one of the other staff for assistance and she appeared to mistreat them too. Due to this poor customer service I Will not return to this location! Very dissapointed
