Harassment caused by an angry manager who recently got divorced! It was so traumatizing how he treated a target guest! I'll never return to this store ever again!

A good store however when I call the guest service phone 95% of the time no one answers, and when someone does it’s the same few people, Berenice is one of the names I remember due to how professional she is. What’s the point of having a phone if you’re not going to answer it.

Always have what I need and great customer service. Chealsey is very helpful and sweet every time I visit.

I cannot recommend the Target ap more! First, if you’re in the store trying to find something, the ap will tell you which isle to look. Second, the order ahead and drive up aspect of shopping is excellent for the busy person who is on the go. And home delivery is also great. The ap keeps track of your favorite things and you can just click and order again. Time saving. Life saving. I love ordering online and picking up. Thank you Target shoppers.

Love Same-day pickup at this store. Always available so quickly with excellent customer service!

Here every other day never see more than 2 people at the curbside pickup yet they got 16 spots up front reserved for nothing. They constantly lock one side of the store leaving disabled people to walk around. When confronted the employee just smiled and said walk around like they enjoy the pain walking already causes me. Shelves are always missing stuff, parking lots have carts everywhere, yet target can't give their employees a decent wage.

The cashier was super friendly and placed my heavy items in my basket. Great customer service and I’ll go back again!

I love this Target location! I can get pretty much anything I want, including vegan and gluten-free foods. And the Guest helpers are awesome. Everyone's happy to help.

On Sunday, June 4 around 5-6pm I did a return at Guest Services and the person who did my return apparently knows me. Her name is Darline and didn’t know of her until recently because of my situation. I was on the phone and I was having a conversation with someone on the phone and apparently she sought to know what i was speaking about. Darline knows the person that I rented and she contacted this person and told them what she thought i was talking about. What she said created a reaction to the person i rented to decide to kick me out of the property. Now, with that being said, that was a traumatic situation for me because I am a single mom and who recently moved to Palmdale with my 1 year old. I had a good relationship with this person that I rented. It was a friend that was renting me and because of this false accusation (I don’t know what she said) I lost my housing. Now i have to go through the process tenant rights because of her accusations. I am so concerned with Target and how they are allowing employees like her to treat customers. This was not cool that this employee would give out information of me while customers interaction at her job. This situation could’ve gotten worse because what if my renter seek revenge to whatever was said in my name. My daughter and I could be at risk because this situation is horrifying. This is a Target where I frequently do all my shopping and I just think this was totally disrespectful. My question is can all employees just exchange information about Target’s customers. Is that normal? What’s Target ethnic or values to their customers? I deserve an apology and assurance that this will not happen to me or no other customer.

I order online easy, then send me a message that my products were ready to pick up, and on the app you tell them when be outside, and they come with your items.very good

This target is a hit or miss. They need to stay on target! In regards to their restocking / merchandise re-ordeeing. They are almost always out of essential items. Like organic milk and distilled water. Baby dish soaps, baby conditioner and shampoo. Pedialyte also is constantly out here. I mean it's kind of common sense. If certain items are constantly being bought. Then order more? I always have to drive all the way to the west which isn't convenient. To be called a super target they sure are not living up to the name. Another thing their pricing is always off so if you shop here pay attention.

Excellent Customer Service the employees really go out of their way for you, love Target on 47th st and Ave R in Palmdale, ca.

Only two cashiers to force customer to do self check out. Cashiers take 20 min per customer, unreal. Didn’t like it at all.

I love the makeup here but always go to self checkout cause the employees are hit or miss, some are wonderfully sweet and others not so much
