Target, Napa CA

Considering EVERYTHING going on right now, this is one of four necessary places to shop. It has enough of everything to be all around needed but certain items are cleaned out in places because shipping and orders depend on demand. In a crisis it's harder to predict what people will choose to order in abundance.

As a single mom with an infant.this way of shopping is the best way I just pick the things I need I pay and I drive that simple and the app it's easy to use

When an employee overheard me say today that I couldn't find gloves, she remembered some that had been turned in to Customer Service and found them for me.

Ashley in guest service was so kind and patient I helping me find my lost credit card and I can’t thank her enough for her excellent customer service!

Older woman working the front register on April 3, around 5: 30 PM was extremely rude for no reason. At the end of checkout she tried to hand me the receipt, I said "I don't need the receipt, thank you" and I began walking toward the door. Then she tried to start a scene.she turned to her coworkers and loudly stated that I had stared at her without saying anything and she became upset. She was very loud to ensure I would still hear even from far away. It was a pretty uncomfortable experience. Maybe she was just having a bad day and took it out on me, but there was poor customer service in the electronics section as well. Not coming back to this one

I’m in LOVE with TARGET! What more can I say? This location is smaller than the average Target, so it’s ideal for quick trips. Due to the smaller size (I “assume”), there seems to be less back stock, so occasionally I’m unable to get the items I’m looking for. Otherwise, I have no complaints. This location is always clean. It looks great. The management, and staff, are helpful, professional, and friendly.

Love the store.clean and organized. The clothes in stock were so stylish. Always leave with more then planning to buy. Also the check out is always quick without long lines.

The customer service employee was able to find my order fast and efficiently. She was also able to correct a mistake on my previous purchase and honor the coupons on Cartwheel. Great service and always respectful!

Line of 15 people in return line 1 checker to help them all while the other 5 cashers have 1-2 people in line

I was having a bit of a panic attack because I didn't know what kind of ink I needed for my printer. I called target and spoke to Marco. He was overly helpful and although target doesn't carry the type of ink that I needed, he told me where I could find it. My vote for employee of the month goes to Marco.

Of all big box stores near me Target is the only one that is neat, clean, well lighted and fully stocked for every need. Target prices are as good as others.

Like others have said, it's Target - better than Walmart. It meets expectations, not sure if it's really 5 stars, but I can't really find any reasons to take away a star. The parking situation is pretty bad during normal daytime hours, but that's the same for all the locations in this area.

This is the worst Target I have ever visited. Every employee was rude and didnt want to help me. The manager was worthless. This will definitely be a store I will never visit again because of the poor customer service. First, I bought a DVD and wanted an exchange and the girl at the desk said very rudely "No" without a reasonable explanation. Then, I wanted to buy some toys from the shelf and a security guard was ringing me up and said I couldn't purchase them because they were "accidentally " placed on the shelf? The manager was too busy chatting with fellow employees to even help it hear my trouble with their rude employees? Cant believe this is a Target store, I've never had an experience like that before. I can see why Amazon is the place to shop now!

It's Target. I'm not sure star ratings really apply. Assuming you just woke up from a coma and have no idea what Target is here are the Cliff Notes: part drug store, part grocery, part department store, much nicer than Walmart, more expensive than Walmart, and a mini Starbucks as an added bonus.

This location doesn't have a full grocery but it's still pretty well stocked. No pharmacy either and for some reason no shoes. Finding the right size of kids clothes, especially boys, is hit and miss. The store is clean and the lines are generally short. I come here weekly and I would say it's nicer than many Target stores I have been to, if a little smaller.

Love this place! The staff is so helpful and friendly and I appreciate the sales and goods offered here. I can almost always find what I need/want. The only downside is getting into the complex and navigating the parking lot, but that isn't their fault!

Who doesn't like Target? The nearest one to the Napa Cave. My go to for EVERYTHING, literally. If they don't have it at the store, I go to the one in South Napa. And if they don't have it, get it online. This Target has a Starbucks in it. They do not have their Target cafe, which my son thinks sucks, because he can't get no more popcorn or a pretzel. Guess we'll go to the food aisle and pick some up.

Got what I needed (a new fitbit) but employees were less than useful. Two female associates standing and gossiping when I'm standing there waiting to get helped. Had to say something to break them out of their conversation.

I still refer to this target as "The New Target". They have good stock here for black Friday sales.

I like it here. Its clean! The isles are large. You can breath in this store. Its well lit and the customer service is usually really good. In and out quickly. Would have been 5 stars if I wasnt subjected to toxic second hand smoke while parking.

Chances are if you need it they got it here. I am guilty of stopping here just to peruse the electronics department even if i am not looking for anything in particular or to kill time.
