Target, Rohnert Park CA

It's a Super Target, with more departments in every department. They also provide several self checkout lines with great customer service provided near bye

Convenience, value and quality.

Pre-COVID I was a pretty active cross shopper, visiting several Targets every month. The Rohnert Park Target happens to be my local. I really like the way they've handled things during the pandemic. The store is clean there's always clean carts ready and waiting as you come in the door. This Targets on target.

Horrible customer service. Whenever there's a problem, the team leaders never take responsibility, they just keep saying how it's not their fault. At this Target, the customer is always wrong.

Hey Target, i gave my daughter a Target gift card for Christmas, when she came in to the Rhonert Park store to use it at the self check out it says you must use it at the store you purchased it at. Is this because she was in the self checkout? Why wouldn't she be able to use it? Edited to say: i sent my daughter the receipt and she took it to one of your friendly staff members at customer service counter who fixed the problem, thank you

I waited on the line for 20 minutes, and when I finally got to ask for my item it was sold out. I would appreciate better service next time.

Ordered for pickup at one store then was told that store was out of stock. Had to try free delivery (nope), then search around for a different store that might have it.

Nice job with the groceries section. My local markets have taken a hit because of your competitive prices and helpful staff.

I'd give you a 10, but paying with my phone is cumbersome and annoying. I have had several problems with the Redcard Website as well. Needs some work.

I was very happy with the young lady that assisted me, as well as the manager I spoke with after.

The store clerks were mostly very helpful except that the last one who I was referred to but one of the previous clerks for her to call another store to place an item in hold.said I needed to call the store myself.
Overall experience was good.

I love going to this target because all the employees they hire are all so nice and willing to help you. This is one of the cleanest Target I have been to.

This store has gone down hill.very grimey inside and out, over flowing trash cans every time i visit, filthy parking lot filled with garbage, shopping carts very dirty filled with trash and some covered in mud splatter. I try not to be negative but it's bad these days.hire a janitor.

Filthy inside and out. Often times out if basic items like eggs, breads or paper producta. Be sure to check dates on food as expired things on shelf often. Brought to management and corp attention.dont think they care.

Entrance, cart area & check out filthy, litter all over the floor no matter what time of day. Young "supervisor" near checkout says "they clean at night" and does nothing about cleaning up the place. Wipes always empty & outside trash overflowing.makes Rohnert Pk look bad. Reported this to corporate office & hope they clean up, as many shoppers from R. Pk go there daily.
