I had a pleasant experience shopping at Target and I was so happy the cashier that rung me up was super friendly and talked to Me about what I was buying. He made my day!

Definitely my favorite Target in LA, it's huge and has everything you could want or need from Target. Parking lot is underground and fairly easy to find parking, though they really need to install some EV chargers.

What a nice experience! It was clean. People were courteous. Most items were in stock. After everything going on in the world, this Target has come thru with everything a customer expects from a store. Still spending $174, I left there completely satisfied with what I needed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the cashier simply wasn’t trained well I got my hygienic stuff bagged in the same bag as the baby food I bought when I came home the whole cleansing wash spilled on the food it’s just common sense to bag them separately!

This is one of my fav place to shop and it's also one of the more organized stores. Literally, you should just move in, like Al Bundy did with Peg However, if the people could be a bit more helpful and tactical, I could have given it 5 stars. Some customer service room to improve, Target.

Tony the one of the managers saves my experience! I had a rude encounter with someone that was there. When I brought it up with him he saves my experience.

This time, because it's a pandemic, this store offered an online shop and they sell items as well. For us, it is very helpful because we didn't spend much time and were safe at home as well. Thank you so much for your excellent service and goods that are affordable.

Store policy does not allow people to you their own mobility devices for arthritis.securities priority is to track down and shame people riding personal disability scooters at 5mph in store for three seconds when nobody is around.wouldnt give me his name.it bothers me their job is so useless they felt they had to bother me about gliding on it for a couple of seconds and they dont have medical options

An employee by the name of MJ. He was AMAZING today when I asked for assistance in the men's shaving aisle. Yay MJ. You were so patient, sweet and knowledgeable! Thank you for your essential service and help during this COVID time!

I was there on a shopping trip with my children and individual groped me. I screamed they did not do anything. I went the the front of the store and they did nothing. I called the police and Target call it off. They did not want to report or show video to the police. They insisted that the perpetrator was gone. They don't care for the safety of regular Shopper.

They wouldn't allow John Barrowman (Arrow, Doctor Who) buy a gift card and jacket for a homeless man, they told him its Target Policy which it is not. So they are liars and heartless!

They never have any of the good vegan stuff and when they do it’s over priced also they hate homeless people

Your store really tries to dictate who somebody can spend their own money for? !

I find it absolutely disgusting that somebody who is trying to buy clothing, blankets, and other items for the less fortunate is told that they aren't allowed to. All because of a management who holds a terrible bias against those who are not as well off.

What an absolutely depressing policy.

Watched a video of John Borrowman say that Target staff told him he was not allowed to buy a gift certificate and coat for a homeless man. Until someone gets fired and corporate issues and apology I won't be shopping at any Target.

I wouldn’t normally post a review of a big box retailer but I’ve had two or more positive experiences at this particular store since being in West Hollywood. The service is always kind and friendly, their product range is, well what you would expect and they are centrally located.

Nice staff, very helpful. They were missing an item on their shelf. I found a staff member just around the corner from that isle. I told her what I needed she went to the back and found it came back within two seconds and apologized there was none on the shelf.started re re-racking if that's how you say it. Great services

Everyone is waiting for an explanation for the treatment of John Barrowman as he was attempting to purchase items for a homeless person.

Whoever the heartless employees that didn't want anyone to help the homeless gentleman should be fired. What ignorance you show for human life and who do you have at that store that is responsible for letting this happen? What other "policies" are they operating thats unethical and negligent and whos keeping an eye on them? They need to be fired as well.
