Always nice and welcoming bathrooms are always clean and they follow all the covid-19 guidelines. ️

Came here today because I was told they may still have cards in stock. Went at like 9pmish, asked the lady at the guest service if they still have cards available and was told that they stop selling cards at 5pm and had put them in the back. Please let your customers know that you stop selling cards after a certain time so people dont waste their time and gas.

I love Target but PLEASE fix the wifi in the store so that your app works in all departments. There are multiple "dead zones" and it's frustrating to try and use the Target app when it's not working at Target.

This target has had 3 cases of covid-19 with its employees. This target still being open is just disregarding public health.

On Thursday (06/11/2020) at 8: 02 PM, I purchased a Keurig Coffee (REC#5-0163-2492-0084-4810-5. VCD#752-251-636) at the store located at Sacramento East.

Today (06/16/2020), I tried to return the Keurig Coffee Maker as the milk frother wasn't properly working. The staff was rude and told me that the serial number on the machine and box didn't match the one on the receipt, they rudely assumed that I purchased more than 1 machine and got my receipts mixed up. After almost 1 hour of waiting and assumptions, they told me that even if it was the store's mistake, all they could do was provide me with store credit because I didn't had a valid receipt. I told "Rachel" that the receipt given was the one they gave me on the day mentioned above at that time and that there was no reason to purchase multiple machines and then return them.

Mariah or Maria, was the first one to assist me but she kept laughing at my concerns and rolling her eyes when I told her I didn't understand how come the receipt I was given was wrong. She then called Shane with the radio saying "can you please come? There is a problematic costumer that doesn't understand. Can you please tell him the same I told him to see if he gets it? "

At the end, Shane came and told me that he understood, but even if it wasn't my mistake, there was nothing he could do.

They gave priority to the other costumers who were before me, some of them in the same situation as me, others without even a receipt, and all of them were treated with respect. My only difference is that I'm brown and the other costumers were white.

I felt discriminated and after so many years shopping at target, I'll have to say that not even Walmart made me feel this disappointment.

I understand that I'm just 1 costumer out of millions, so probably losing my business is not as severe, but please be sure that I always enjoyed target in general and considered myself a respectful and honest costumer.

I do know if I was "targeted" because of my race, but Maria, the cashier, wouldn't allow me to place my items on the belt until she was done with the customer in front of me, even though I was following the 6 ft rule (noted by the dots on the ground) ; however she did not say anything to the customer in front of me nor did she mention anything to the customer behind me who did the same exact thing.

This place is great for anything really. I go here to get my alcohol aka my addiction. Ignore the snowflakes, this is not wieniehutjuniors. The staff are professional and very generous. Happy Drinking ;)

Good deals on groceries and cat litter. Pretty easy to update your wardrobe with seasonal choices from the new designers they pick.

This target is great! However the man outside harassing people as they walk in or out to sign for rent control has been rude to me too many times and I will not be back. I have given security multiple opportunities to fix this and the man is still there.

This by far is the worst target that I have ever been to. I used to love shopping at target but now I hate it due to my experience coming here and I have no choice but to come to this target now because it’s the most convenient one around but they are always out of stock with EVERYTHING the workers don’t seem to be doing a thing, corporate needs to do something about this.

Dominique and Stephanie from the customer service desk were great. They helped me find my phone i left in an uber even in the final minutes of one of their shifts. They went above and beyond as my missing phone had nothing to do with target.

Was a great experience very helpful staff was able to find everything we needed in one store with price is comparable if not better than Walmart

Consistently poor service. The surrounding entrance is filled with thigh-high weeds and trash all over. Pretty gross

This target is growing native grasses that belong to the area, along the parking spaces at the east end of the store. There are signs marking the conservation area, where they paved paradise, and put up a parking lot!

Employees are friendly and helpful, but the wait time to checkout, even through self checkout, is just too long. Frustrating

I walked into this Target with no intentions of buying a 4k Blu-ray player. I saw they had one listed for $99. I thought it was a great deal until I walked up front to pay. Turns out it was $249. I informed the clerk the tag was listed for $99 a sony 4k Blu-ray player. The supervisor/manager on duty asked for somebody to verify the price. At the time that person looked at the wrong price and said $249. What the supervisor could do is shed off $50 and make it $200. I said, "can I walk with you back there and show you what I saw? ". The supervisor said no, but somone can meet you back there. I walked back there and showed the person on duty what was listed. They checked the warehouse target online and nothing came up. I was thinking to myself then why is it listed for $99? I was then transferred to guest services and a LOD to approve of the $99 sale. The same supervisor/manager was called over again, but this time, she could not look at me in the eyes or address me directly. She spoke as if I wasn't even there. She told the electronics associate "yeah, I already talked to them. I told the customer I could only do $200". Embarrassed and confused, I told them that I was going to pass on the DVD player, and walked out with my other purchases. I am always an extremely respectful customer. I'm not sure why they couldn't match the price to make up for their mistake, and why they had to be so rude towards me. I regret to say that i will not be shopping at Target again after the way I was treated tonight. I was in the store 1/20/18 at approximately 5: 45 to 6: 30pm PD.

Busy with last minute Christmas shoppers but overall I found what I needed short wait time to check out best Target in Sacramento

It's a little nicer than the other Targets in Sacramento has a few more things than the other one does but overall it's just Target.

Target is my go to place where I can get presents and food for a cheap price. I love going to target cause they have so much stuff that I would buy
