Department Store Target reviews
19Customer service was great. I was carrying my things in the store and a nice gentleman gave me a cart. I was very thankful.
Honestly had the best experience! Jah- Marley was a sweetheart! I was a little indecisive about some
Products and he assured me and even gave me some recommendations! Great employee, definitely would come again for more recommendations! 5 stars for jah-Marley
Target is a good place to shop and it have a great product and good prices and also it have groceries.
Rude customer service Dhalia - for no reason. I purchased two honest diaper boxes and should’ve received a $15 target card for doing so and she didn’t give me the card. She was pushy and said go talk to a manager about it, it didn’t come up on my computer. The thing that really bothered me was she gave the people in front of us the same $15 target card but they didn’t buy the promo. I know this because I listened to their overly loud conversation about drinking wine. Dhalia treats all customers unfairly. She knows it. I will never come back to any target or shop online thanks to her (AND YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH)!
Target saved the day for us today! On the verge of a panic situation with our dwindling toilet paper supply, I checked the Target website this morning and saw that they had some in stock. So I jumped in my car and headed over to the Culver City-South store. Lo and behold, there were still a few 6-roll packs of Cottonelle. Judging from some other shoppers' carts, had I gone to Target instead of Smart & Final at 7: 30 a.m. Today, I would have walked away with one of the Charmin mega-roll packs (lesson learned for next time). I also picked up several other less urgent items, such as an 18-roll pack of paper towels and flushable wipes. Thanks to Target, we're now in good shape should these uncertain times be prolonged (hopefully not!). Thank you, Target!
Clean, well stocked, no horribly long lines
My only complaint is when you ask an associate for help theyre about as helpful as my 13 year old son when i ask him to feed the cat.
Target is my go-to for most of my shopping, and this is a nice and clean location. Sometimes they're just a little too busy for me though.
Great prices if you look for sales, but don’t expect to find an employee to help. Seems like they only have the bare minimum.
Well organized, walkways through each department nice and wide. Food section neat and fresh and friendly staff.
One of the fastest avos locations I have ever used. Only problem problem is the cars in row 800 get stuck waiting for the car retrun isles to clear which takes forever.
They are a large store but often times out of stock on common items which should be kept in inventory when low. All of the basics are here though
I tried online pickup and it was miserable. It took forever and only one machine is capable of handling online pickup. My representative was stuck handling phone calls and issues so it took absolutely forever. It’s a better use of your time to just purchase it in the store. Horrible experience
Extremely rude and racist the Store Manager Elena is unknowledgeable and consistently has to ask her employees for answers to simple questions and then takes credit! Let them do their job and you do yours somewhere else!
Products are often mislabeled and misprinted, coupons often don’t scan and registers are not open leading to long lines.
Went to the juice bar area. Three guys working. It was a little busy. Guys can't handle the heat I guess. Took 10 minutes for a shot juice and the way it was presented. Gross.
Juice from their hands all over the cup.
Limited selection of whatever I'm hunting everytime I shop here but always several top-quality options at tremendous value for the cost.
It’s 6: 25 pm Wednesday March 14. Extremely rude African American lady working in the game/movie/electronics department. She completely shamed a little 5 year old Latina girl after she asked if she could help with something. Completely uncalled for, and completely racist! This woman should be fired!
This store is one of the Target stores I like. It is clean and staff are responsive and accomodating. Choices of products are increasing especially electronics, fresh goods and groceries. It has Starbucks store inside this Target store. This has a lot of parking spaces and it is free of charge. This is accessible to public transportation.
Arturo was a brilliant help! He was so attentive and made sure our needs were met to the highest degree.
