Department Store Target reviews
21 This is about a specific employee.
There was a tall young worker roaming around the tech register upstairs so I asked them where I could find the product and they said they don’t have it without even checking. I told them it says the product is in stock on the app. Then he “changed his mind” and took it serious.but thank GOD to the actual tech person he stepped in and took care of this. He claimed these items do exist and brought it out for me so quick! 5 stars for the tech guy but 1 star for that lazy tall employee.
This has to be the strangest Target ever as it is somewhat hidden and outside appearance looks like some clandestine meeting location for spies.
Poorly stocked freezer foods and never enough cashiers at check out or guest services people at the register. Today there were 6 people in line at guest services & 2 people at registers.
I would only recommend this Target if you shop early in the morning. Otherwise, this Target has become trashy, dangerous and unhealthy during Covid.
The ease of picking up an accurate order of groceries and other items carried by Target, ordered simply on the app and filled by store personnel quickly, can't be equaled by any other store! [Second reason: great prices and specials! ]
I came to target at 6 in the morning two hours before they opened and they had this new rule that it’s one pop per costumer. You heard right, only one pop that is absolutely wrong. I can understand one of each kind but only one per group that’s so unfair. I went to another target right after and there rule was a limit of 2 per kind fore each per person. I was greatly disappointed. Because I couldn’t get anything really. Target con is wrong at this target
What’s not to love about Target. Great prices. Great selection of household items, pet food and even clothing.
Really appreciate the customer service from cashier Cecelia at Van Nuys location. Especially in the middle of this pandemic, customers don’t want to feel like a bother to the cashier, and Cecelia did not prove to be like the rest I have encountered. She was warm and friendly. Her line was quick (although technology made us wait on my receipt lol) but I didn’t mind because she was so kind. I really hope she is recognized, maybe even offered to train some of the others because the checkout/cashier really is the last person/ opportunity to leave an impression on customers and unfortunately I don’t think many that apply for customer service roles these days fully understand that like she does. Thank you Cecelia!
Very rude managers worst experience DO NOT GO HERE the one in raymer is better! Don’t forget the managers are rude!
Prices are not competitive at all, very disappointed. But the people that work there are very polite and helpful, especially the check out girl "Johanna".
Placed an drive up pickup at this location which isn't my normal go to target but they had what I needed in stock. I was waiting and waiting and then all of a sudden my app said that I pickup up the order but no team member was in sight. I was freaking out thing I was at the wrong target picking up my order and that they gave my order to someone else then all of a sudden a team member walks out of the store and she comes to my car. I asked her why did you mark my order as pickedup when I hadn't even received if yet and she was still in the store? She stayed quiet & said nothing. Also it seems like at this location customers don't care that parking spots say drive up pickup only because there were four cars parked in drive up spaces that had no people in the cars. I do suggest if you are going into the store park upstairs, way easier and faster then trying to find a parking space downstairs.
The pharmacy is exceptional but the rest of the store is mismanaged and out of control. I have lived near this Target since it opened and it gets worse every year. The managers are all horrible. They don't manage!
Today, July 9 I was there and many many customers were not wearing masks, or had them on incorrectly. No basket sanitizers doing their job, no wipes, no social distancing at all. Very scary place to shop now. It is a free for all in there. Shop at your own risk. The elevators were suspiciously slow and I did get stuck with one person not wearing a mask and lighting a cigarette. She was clearly trying to get me and the other person just to see what we would do. Scary place to shop, I will say it again. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Waste of time to find anything here. This Target looks like a junkyard, and seems to hire people who are at the bottom margin of learning and customer service ability. I ask where I can find a product and the answer I receive from an employee- "Oh it should be one of these. " I'll spend my money elsewhere.
I love Target. Target always has everything I need at great prices. My ONLY complaint about Target is that, with the cartwheel app, I have to SCAN everything I buy, which is very time consuming and annoying.
The manager here is extremely rude. She came over to me like I was inconveniencing her even though it was her associate with the question. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different Target.
Best price of all the stuff you have to use! Best customer service target is my favorite store and great customer service
Price in this store is more expensive and with limited selections. Staff in this store are very irritating, kept on checking around next to you, stocking things right in front of you aisle after aisle, can’t shop peacefully there.
Miles at the Sepulveda location in Sherman oaks, you deserve a raise for your EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, miles!
Terrible customer service. Not family friendly. Does not treat well a top class gentleman. Granted, it is not their fault, but non the less, it was a lot of unappreciated time wastrd on there.
This Target is pretty nice. Love the garage parking and store. Both are bi-level, which is great so the customer doesn’t have to come out on the first floor and manage to find their way up to the second floor. Layout is nice and groceries are on the second level. There wasn’t much of a selection yesterday (in the frozen foods) as they were somewhat bare. But still a great store and will always shop there.
