The optometry inside target has excellent staff. So quick and efficient and are always so happy to help. They did the adjustment free of charge. Thumbs up

I didn’t get the chance to ask her name but i believe it was danielle (i apologize if i’m wrong) but she help me through my contact training which she was super patient with me for both days and such good vibes!

I’m not one of their normal customers. I just happened to be in Target and swung by to see if they could help me with my nose pads. I recently started wearing glasses more often and mine were pretty painful. They swapped them out for a softer silicone free of charge.

Loved that they had a wide verity of frames and styles to choose from. I was able to choose the style I liked with a reasonable price.

Associate that assisted me was extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 would have eye assistance here again.

Great customer service! I needed my sunglasses frame fixed since the screw had fallen out and they fixed it quickly at no charge. Definitely recommend their optical department to anyone.

Went in to Target Optical to see if they were able to help fix my crooked eyeglass as I had purchase them 4 months ago at this location. Customer service was beyond great! Went in and they were able to help adjust it back into place in matter of minutes! Highly appreciated!

It was my first time at Target Optical and it was very pleasant. It’s a small little area inside Target but everything looked amazing. The staffs were tremendously helpful and nice especially Desiree. She gave guidance on picking out a new pair of frames with me and I asked for her advice on which looked best and she provided that. She was super sweet, supportive, and informative!

Great customer service and friendly staff. The overall process was so simple. The eye exam with Jennie was so quick yet informative. Eva was also very helpful. I had a lot of questions about my vision plan/coverages and Eva broke down everything for me. I will be coming back. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing place to get my new contacts ordered and ready. Extremely professional, kind, and informative. I got a whole lot of knowledge out of my visit. They even gave me a pair of lenses to replace my aged ones!

I had a great experience at Target Optical at Laguna. Desiree (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) she was so helpful in setting me up with buying some new frames! I was lucky to get the early Black Friday deal on the frames too! I can’t wait to pick them up soon.
