I accidentally forgot to push the button while making the appointment so when I arrived the appointment wasn’t booked. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in spite of my error. Very professional and very kind.

Very friendly service and accommodating reception and staff. In terms of insurance, they were accommodating and knowledgeable, answering any questions you may have. Dr. Michelle Vo was very nice. In addition to being very friendly and knowledgeable, she really takes her time to answer any questions and addressing all of your concerns you may have. The process was very efficient, in terms of making an appointment, getting my eyes examined, and the end process of getting a prescription and being taken care of in getting the eyewear needed.

What a wonderful place, just called them to see if they can fix my mom glasses. They fix and changed nose pads for free of charge. I really want to recommend this place to everyone!

Very responsive and friendly customer service. I was looking to fix the arm of my daughter's glasses. I am glad that I got immediate help in few minutes and was not charged anything for it! They also have a good collection of kids frames.

Dr Vo is amazing and so detailed and took time with when I had my eye checkup, and Sheila my girl is amazing and helped me pick out glasses that suit my face.

I really enjoy walking into this Target Optical. The optometrist is very kind and patient, taking her time to make my 7 year old daughter feel at ease during her exam. The prices are very reasonable and their warranty is exceptional, with a good selection of glasses from every style to choose from. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And a shout out to Ronnie with his superb customer service.
