Walked in to choose some glasses, Stephanie was very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience.

I received Excellent customer service in the Optical department in Target. I was in need of having my nose pads replaced on my glasses. Anna Alferez helped me immediately, with a smile she replaced my nose pads. Wow, it was a pleasure dealing with such an awesome Optical Team Member.

Very good experience. People should definitely try virtual doctors more. They were amazing here.

I usually have a good experience here but this last time it felt rushed. I checked my glasses briefly when i picked them up. However I have been using my old glasses since. I cannot see out of the left lenses.

Literally saved my life! Came in with broken glasses and found a solution immediately. Very nice ladies too loved the overall environment!

I’m warning everyone so they don’t lose their money like I did. The Doctor prescribed me a completely different RX than I was in before. By that I’m referring to the fact I am nearsighted but was prescribed farsighted RX glasses. I went in because my vision was changing, not being able to see further than I was able to with my current glasses. I never had issues seeing up close. When I received my new RX glasses and mentioned things far away we more blurry than my current glasses. The Doctor told me that the new RX would seem blurry but my eyes just needed about 7 months to adjust. I also told him that I could see further with my current glasses than the new glasses. He told me my previous eye doctor had my RX wrong. Looking back I feel silly for believing that doctor. I wore the new glasses not being able to read or see things about 10 feet away. At night I wasn’t able to see cars at a distance, not even the tail or break lights. I wouldn’t see cars until I was right behind them. So I switched back to my old glasses after those three months, because I did not want to risk rear ending a car I did not see. My insurance company reached out to Target Optical for me, but never reached a resolution. Unfortunately, I now have a super cute pair of Ray Ban glasses with the wrong RX and it’s impossible for me to find somewhere who will change the lens to the correct RX. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TARGET OPTICAL
