Zero stars! Scammers all the way! Do not buy from here. Save yourself from the head aches and go somewhere else to get a laptop. Bought a laptop here, the most expensive one, thinking it would be quality. WRONG! They just want your money they have zero customer service and knowledge of computers. Skip it!

My 2018 macbook pro screen broke on 1/4/24. Found Tarzana Tech online and decided to give them a try. On 1/5/24, I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of by Alan. He confirmed this process would be done by next week and quoted me a price which I thought would be higher than what it was. Today is 1/6/24 and I picked up my laptop in working condition. Yes, the screen is not brand new but who cares. As long as my computer works, I'm happy. Thank you Alan!

There are no high pressure sales tactics - they want to help you make a wise decision in your purchase and leave happy! I feel I got the best deal on a computer I have ever experienced in my life (I'm over 50 and have bought a number of computers). They have an outstanding selection of computers, so many amazing machines that it was very difficult to choose - I nearly bought 2! Allen explained to me that he does not work with Dell but he will be glad to look at it for me.
He fixed the issue and refused to charge me!

I called them with a problem about my Mac running incredibly slow. They offered a diagnosis over the phone and realized that my hard drive was on its way out. They quoted me over the phone, with what I felt was a fair price. I dropped my computer off in the afternoon and was told it may be ready by end of day, or tomorrow. I received a call within a few hours that my computer was ready. Price was exactly as they stated, and my computer runs 100x faster and better than when new. Thanks guys, love supporting a local business

Took in my old Western Digital External hard drive after it stopped turning on. I had some old pictures and videos from 10 years ago I wanted to see. They quoted me $600+ to "recover" the data and then potentially more after they start "recovering" the data. They said it was completely fried and nothing they can do other then a vigorous process of recovering and piecing everything together.

I took the external case off myself and bought an adapter and sure enough it fired up right away, it was just a loose adapter pin that was not routing the power to the case.

Sketchy shop, do not trust these guys

My computer died so I brought it over here. I just wanted to post because they were very honest and took the time to look at my computer and take it apart and when they realized the cost to repair, because of the part that was not working, would have likely cost more than a new computer they advised me not to make the repair. In addition, even though they spent at least a day reviewing the computer and opening it up, they put it back together and handed it back to me and would not take a penny for their time! So, I would say this is an honest group, reasonably priced, and certainly not just in this to make a buck but to diagnose and give you the best advice on how to handle your computer whether it benefits them or not. I will definitely go back to them because after this experience I feel like I could trust their diagnosis and opinion.

They sold me a laptop with a dead battery. Refused to fix it themselves, and gave me an estimate. Bad business.

This is the best computer shop! If your laptop needs to be fixed, or you want to buy one, you will find great prices and service! Mike is a computer wizard and has fixed quite a few laptops for me.
