Never have I ever had five months sober in my life until today, and it's because of help from tarzana. Christie was my counselor while I was in residential, Carla is my current counselor and they have both been amazing. Bryan from outpatient is a great guy and helps us out with Amy difficulties we may have.

They "lost" my wallet, with my social security card, bank card ect. I met 2 other guys who had the same experience. Seems to me there is an identity thief on their payroll.

People are there to get better not be in a relationship what the point of being in a treatment if there people hooking up in there and the facility don’t do nothing about it.there no supervision the men. And women do things together that not ok u guys need to do better these is in regard of the facility on 18646 on Oxnard st n this is going on rn my family member told me.

This facility violates the Collective Punishment Geneva convention. International humanitarian law prohibits collective punishment of prisoners of war or other protected persons for acts committed by individuals during an armed conflict. The imposition of collective punishment is a war crime. They locked down the whole facility from incoming calls, visitations over someone's mistake that was never expressed. By non violent protesting I was threatened with being kicked out.

Spent my last dime to get me son treatment and he left after 4 days of them not helping him. He saw their dr.and still no help. He hadnt eaten much in 3 days they never increased meds to help him through detoxing. They couldnt even find a banana for him. If you dont have extra money to buy other things then your out of luck. They asked him how long he had been there and kept calling him by another name. He said food was better in jail. He said more people were walking out then he had ever seen. If you want your family member to actually get help, do not let them go here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They threw out my medicine that I brought in without my consent! They didn’t give me my detox meds in a timely fashion, nor what the Dr. Even ordered! Do NOT go here!

Got sent here like 3 years ago by my GD, she even called ahead to let them know i was coming, i was suffering horrible benzo withdrawals and tremors they made me wait almost 4 hours in a cold waiting room, i kept checking in on the front and no professional came out to help. I left and endured a whole month cold turkey.

My impression of this place from the experience that I have had which resulted in a family member passing, is that they truly are not in the business of recovery.
Rather, collecting insurance money while providing terrible service for their clients. The ones who need help the most.

From the front desk being very disrespectful as a start, to the end being my family member dying. The nurses do not check on the patients or do the rounds. My loved one was left alone after making statements of feeling sick and no one even cared to check on him for over 8 hours.

Do not play with innocent lives that are here to seek help.
Now, my family member is gone forever when this could have been 100% avoided. We all know these people have substance abuse pasts, but we are counting on these facilities to do their job and help. They are supposed to be highly trained medical professionals. This was a complete devastation to my family and we will forever regret this decision, to have trusted them with his life.

If you truly want recovery- go literally anywhere else.

Please read the reviews I’m not a biased person I just feel inclined to help the lives of other people. I believe everyone should be in good hands.

I would in no way ever, want any other family to experience what my family experienced with this facility.

Terrible customer call center employees. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and insensitive to potential patients

Don’t go here didn’t help my boyfriend at all I don’t know why they have females and males together worst idea just saying

Went to detox here and there’s nothing to do to keep you busy. But I did think MOST of the staff were pretty cool and they did let you get candy once a day and stuff which was nice… but I was bored to tears most of the time. But I liked how it was coed so you don’t deal with the catty drama most places can be like

My Doctor is very Kind, Patient and listens to you. But the office staff not so friendly. Also appointment times are not accurate. I had an appointment at 9am. Its 945am and still I have not been seen. If I have to wait longer I might have to report this to Medical or and Corporate. Its very unprofessional to schedule you for a time and you have to wait over 45 minutes. Unbelievable

One of the worse places. My son was admitted there and he suffers from a mental illness and drug addiction. He had an episode there and they kicked my son out in the streets. He was not well and it wasn’t safe for him. This is one of the most unprofessional places when my son needed help and they put my son in danger. I seriously don’t recommend them at all. I gave them one star and they shouldn’t have gotten any.

This place is trash! Ppl don’t even transfer the phone or care to pick up! This is how u get sued!
