4Mannnn. We chose the hottest day this year to do this. It was a great hike, moderate to difficult, depending on your athleticism. I almost passed out from the heat. We did a solid 4miles. Would come back on a cooker day since there's no trees here for any shade. We had a few people with dogs with us and the heat was brutal on them, so bring water and adapt when needed.
A bare sort of trail. Rolling hills make it moderately hard. Otherwise, it's an easy trail. It was well maintained. Good trail for bikers. The views are good.
Beautiful hike, covered with wild flowers. Cows were grazing grass all around. Encounter with wild brown bunnies, lady bugs, sparrows. While coming back, saw beautiful sunflowers.
Very beautiful, but keep in mind there are cows grazing freely in this space. One cow decided they didn't like me - they ran at me and stayed within about 3 feet of me for about 15 minutes. I'm fine, but I don't plan on going back.
