Drivers beware when coming to unload potatoes

I talked to yard supervisor and he said that Frontier drivers has priority over other drivers regardless if frontier drivers appointments are late or not, he said drivers that are on the schedule have to wait until Frontier drivers are finished unloading their trailers he also said they have a yard less than a mile from here so they’ll drop a trailer on the lift and come back 3-4 times in a couple of hours,

so I called receiving and they said they were not aware that frontier drivers had priority over other drivers,

The shipping manger Ben said he’ll address the issue and it should not happen again,

I’m like wait a minute why did the yard manager say they did?

Do not pick up from this facility staff is not good here for 3 pallets take 2 or more days

Swapped a load for a driver was supposed to be loaded yesterday morning now we have been here since 4pm yesterday still waiting for the load or dispatch to tell us to leave

Would give no stars if i could but just to write this review, Drivers stay the hell away from this place, refuse your loads or hurry up and wait, rude office staff, slow as hell and incompetent, 10 hours to offload bulk potatoes, don't even worry about appointment times cause that don't matter here. Staff barely or doesn't speak English and dusty as hell, get ready to replace your filters. Refusing all loads from this place from here on out

This is a worst facility if you guys are delivering Bulk potatoes, if you broker tells it with appointment forget it it’s fcfs go checkin inside park outside scale when empty then again go out facility & come in, it’s easy 7/8 hours minimum max I don’t know.their lifts get broken all the time.ladies in office they want brakes quite often be rude & yes they don’t even know what’s happening for delays…guys it’s a big no for these guys, full of dirt facility & its dirty work.

I got here yesterday at 4pm and called in to see if I could deliver early, Receiver said the night receiving manager said no early check inn’s in fact don’t arrive her earlier than 30 minutes before your appointment time,

so I’m her at 8: 30am on the scale for my 9 o’clock appointment time now this other receiver said no whoever told you not to show up early lied to you we’re not doing it like that anymore because we have trucks that been here since midnight and we are doing a first come first serve basis, so most likely we won’t get to you until 3pm or later today,

I told her that her night receiving manger Ben Avila told me to be here 30 minutes before my appointment time at 9am this morning, she said she doesn’t care

Don’t Bring bulk load of potatoes from Pasco, Wa for them.my appointment was at 6pm and they said it can take up to 7 hrs or more to unload cuz they are taking yesterday’s trucks.
Unprofessional work.
I just want to inform truckers so they can bring their food in case they have to stay here overnight….

Checked in at 4: 30am for 6am appointment.
Got call to go to shipping office at 11: 30am.
12hours later still waiting to be unloaded. Ridiculous!

Very very bad facility no one coming thare I am coming 3 o’clock thare I got door 3: 20 pm only 6 pilots to pickup chack out 10 pm I am waiting on door 6 & half hours very bad facility

If have your product 1hr 15mins, if not 6hrs to 10hrs, here same free WiFi, they done turn it off

Those who check are racist with the Cubans, as always, I do not recommend coming here to carry anyone because of the bad treatment they give you here, those from the chiper with the idea that the product has not been delivered, they leave you here the whole day

This place staff make me waiting 2 days for 350 cases 2-4 pallets. If you can process order why booking it.

Don’t come here waste of time and money. I am not coming here in future.

Whole area is dirt yard and now my truck-trailer need a wash.

My appointment 7 pm, I check in 6 pm and they give me door right way but check out 3 am morning 8 hours to load me

Now this is a review of a product not for delivery or pickup for truck drivers. I absolutely love these Garlic Parmesan bite size potatoes! The seasoning is great and you can find this item at Publix for sale from time to time. Easy to microwave and all you need to do is put in some butter and use the seasoning after cooking in the microwave. Great side dish and would recommend to try.

Excellent place to load. One of the few places that actually cares to help the drivers out when it comes to doing something as simple as moving a couple of pallets to ensure load stays standing up in transit. Front desk very informative as to what to what to expect during the loading process so that you can plan your pick ups around them.

I'm coming here around 8AM my appointment time 9: 00AM but receiver first talk with me rudely and tell me you appointment is2 PM we are not coming next time this place.

Is over 3 hours waiting on the door to get loaded and still haven’t done anything and the yard is super dusty and the temperature is 125 degrees outside

I was late and wasn't supposed to be load but this nice lady help me out.no complaints here
