13I ordered three takeaways and waited for 45 minutes. To be honest, I was really unhappy. But thinking about it, the store was busy. If I were the boss, I guess the takeout would be delayed. The most important thing is that the boss and employees have very good attitudes and keep apologizing. I was also given a bottle of drink. I tried it when I got home and it tasted good. I’ll call next time so I don’t have to wait. Well, thank you boss for the drink. I wish you a happy new year and a prosperous business.
"It's regrettable that we didn't order the four-person set meal. It offers much better value for money compared to ordering dishes individually. The taste is average(maybe we should ask for recommendations), but the service is excellent. "
Best Chinese BBQ place in the SGV. I especially recommend chicken wings and bbq fish, bbq shrimp, which are crispy and tasty. The wonton soup is also very good. Service is very good, and people eating here are very happy. What a great place!
This is my first time to eat there. The chili is so spicy and the crabs are delicious. There are too few BBQ items.
Very good food however my order was completely wrong.language barrier sucks, but really good food
Good taste especially the Crawfish, grilled squid, and grilled yellow fish!
The vibe is really good for drinking and dating with serval friends.
I rarely comment, but I'm sorry. It tastes really bad beyond my imagination. The fried snails are completely boiled and then refried. There is no taste at all. I've eaten at so many restaurants in Los Angeles, and this is the most disappointing one.
As a person who has been in Xinjiang, I would give their barbecue in three words, absolutely greatAs a caterer, I would give their barbecue in four words, the Sichuan flavor is quite authenticIt is worth recommending at this moment. I can only use eight words to describe my mood, Xiba Le Ma is so delicious
The entrance with the wooden doors is cool when you walk in. They got a nice variety of dishes. I kind of feel like it's not just us a Sichuan restaurant as they have an assortment of Chinese dishes. It's a great place to have a party with a group of people and have an assortment of dishes. They have a good karaoke system too.
This place is a joke.
WATCH OUT for food portion, service and wait time. I got below for 45 bucks after one hour of waiting time. Look at it, portion is ridiculously small. Three small bites of Squid for 7 dollars.
I ordered for pickup and of course order status stuck in “preparing”. Estimation said around 30min would be sufficient, called them around the time only to know food is still preparing. Started to lose my patience after waiting in cold Christmas midnight for 46min. So I had to make another call. This time food was ready but I’d expect the restaurant to call me back earlier- food was cold when I got it.
Nice and cozy place to eat with friends and family. High quality food and service. Fresh ingredients and reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Good food quality and friendly service! Staff are super nice here. I ordered take out; they packed my food fast and carefully. Highly recommend this place.
The price is right and the taste is good. The food was served quickly. The service is good, too. The environment is also very nice
