4This is the worst place when it comes to customer service! They did half of my taxes irs require more paperwork and they never helped me with it! I had to go pay somewhere else! Please if you’re reading this save yourself a headache! DO YOUR TAXES SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Would not recommend.
We were scheduled to do our taxes and we were never called back. We had to pay penalties to the IRS for being late. These company does not respect their clients and do not keep their promises. I would stay away.
I did my taxes here for about 5 years and really liked their work. It wasn’t until this year in which I was super disappointed in their lack of professionalism! They don’t answer the phone because they are “working from home” but they don’t even reply back to emails. I got stood up multiple times for my appointment and they couldn’t even message me like professionals to reschedule or simply say they could see me. I was begging for their service like if they were going to do it for free. I emailed Anahi and Carlos and even messaged Jannett to see what was going on and no response. Who ever is in charge of the South Gate office, you really need to check up on these employees “working from home”.
I’m blessed to have a tax man since my kids were 13 & 14 years old now their 25 & 28 Albert and his staff have two more clients for ever! He has answers and solutions to all my taxes before it was my regular paid job and now my business.
