Not a very good company to work for or do business with as they are scaling down their workforce and laying off over 15 individuals. The CEO, Michael Hong, lacks clear direction and leadership. This could be a okay company if the board were to step in and do the right thing by selecting a new CEO who is better suited to lead a team.
