Be careful my storage was broken into and all my belongings were stolen. The theft was not caught on cameras but they had time to unpack my 10×20 unit remove items that they wanted and repack my unit. The police were called, management never apologized but said they had suspicious activity going on. I felt violated and angry. Rent at your own risk.

EACH time i call, im treated with the most positive respectful vibes ever! The staff is really knowledgeable about the units available as well as other important "how to" questions.the staff here is unbelievably great. THANKS CREW FOR MAKING MY MOVE IN AND SWITCHING UNITS POSSIBLE AND SMOOTHLY! FREAT TEAM!

We had the best experience here at Taylor Street Storage. I highly recommend coming to Taylor Street Storage if needing to store your items during selling/buying home, it made our transition a lot smoother.
Also Wendy is super helpful and friendly great customer service, she explained everything thoroughly from the start and even when I no longer needed storage services she was understanding and completed closing out our account promptly. Thank you from my family and I!

Great place with good security. Easy to access when I needed specific items out of my storage unit. Plenty of space for my storage needs.

Came to make a payment on my bill Derrick was super helpful and kind made the payment process super easy. Great Customer Service.

Had a unit there for close to 2 years and not once had any incidents! Their management was always so kind and helpful when needed.

Decent price to start, then rate increases. No prorated refund of rent paid unless you are out by the 10th, but they are happy to rent the unit you paid for through the end of the month to the next person and collect double rent. Also, key pads to get in and out don't work very well, so you can get trapped inside the fence.

I AM NOT A CUSTOMER this storage company has been brought to me on several occasions from several customers that have been robbed by this storage company. So I am reporting what was reported to me by the customer that have suffered from their lost in which several storage rooms were robbed and they received NO HELP even the corporate office made it clear they don’t care what’s going on and to add insult to injury the insurance company doesn’t pay you for ALL your items stolen. They have 4.4 stars but the truth is not being shared. To have MANY robbery reports made but nothing done it’s time for those that have been robbed to file a class action lawsuit due to their contracts being broken when the cameras all of a sudden stopped working during the robbery times and security was not available to walk the grounds and secure the property, also there’s a lady that lives on the premises that is not the manager that alone fully breaks the contract because she has to have access to the office for safety reason. Things will get done as of now info is still being researched but will be provided as soon as everything is clarified so be careful do not sign paperwork without a lawyer looking at it.

The office staff is really nice especially Wendy! The place is very clean as well. 10/10 recommend coming here!

I've had nothing but good experiences with this storage and people working here. It's always keep clean and secure and the two in the office Lydia and Wendy are very friendly and helpful and perfessional. I would definitely recommend this storage.

This storage is always clean and it's secure. The workers are very customer service oriented and friendly and professional. The two lady's in the office Wendy and Lydia have been very helpful to us and always have a positive attitude. I would recommend this storage to friends and family.

Tha manager of this facility has a bad attitude. Dosnt communicate very well. Have not been here or some time. Dont know who the owners are because she refused to answer any requests. She is the manager she runs this place. Period.

The girls in the office were friendly and very knowledgeable about the units. It was really nice
