I am very happy living here, the place is always clean and peaceful and the manager KATHLEEN IS WONDERFUL! She know all of us very good, not just for your apartment number like others places, she’s always happy and very helpful, she know all our kids and they love her. Well everybody love her here honestly I think this place is so good because her.thank you so much KATHLEEN we love you!

Kaitlyn is an amazing apartment manager in who I feel is under appreciated by her employer. Always professional and courteous when it comes to addressing issues regarding my apartment. She treats all tenants with respect and always remain neutral in handling issues between tenants. Always working trying to find ways to make the Teal Apartment safer and pleasant given the LIMITED RESOURCES she has to worked with. 5 stars for Kaitlyn 3 stars for the apartments, as the apartments need a new roof, new paint job more outside lighting for the cars parked on the outside.

Kaitlyn honestly cares about the quality of a safe and comfortable place to call home. Strictly professional when there is concerns and has shown is available for any maintenance. Its dope to have a clean cheap place to live. They are hard to come by, a specially in Sac.

This was my first apartment with my two children and I absolutely loved that I felt so welcome everyone was so kind and it has been real quiet area. The manager kaitlyn corona has been awesome Always going above and beyond to make sure everything in the unit is up to par, she’s easy to get ahold of and very professional about what she does.

Recently moved out, but I can honestly say that the best thing about living there was the onsite manager Kaitlyn Corona. She went above her job expectations, and she was extremely great to talk to. Other than that, it was a great first home for my family and I.
