Jim Black and his team made buying a home for the firs time as smooth as one could hope for. They helped me every step of the way. With how stressful (for me anyway) a commitment this large was, it was nice having a team I could reach out to any time. Additionally, it took me FOUR years to fine something that worked for me. Jim’s team was helpful and patient the whole time. As a firs timer I don’t have experience to say who’s better or worse, but if/when I need to go through the process again it will be with Jim and his team.

The team knocked it out of the park for my family on our recent home purchase! Jim and his team were able to come up with creative solutions when last-minute wrinkles in the plan popped up. We were out of town for 100% of the transaction (and it was a tricky one) so it was crucial to have a team we could trust implicitly through the process.

Jim and his team were amazing and patient. There was not lot of time for use to get a home loan and this team went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream house. They were able to answer all of the question or concerns I had about a home loan and Jim took the time to explain the breakdown and what I should expect. Everything went a lot smoother than I expected. Jim and his team took a huge weight off our shoulders on this very complex experience of our lives. Thank you all!

2 years ago I wrote a review praising Jim but unfortunately as his success grew so did his ego. Now one is much bigger than the other. Much bigger! His ego failed me miserably along with costing me thousand and thousands. 8 times Jim gave me a I’ll get back to you shortly to NEVER return message along with not getting done what he said. If you like a guy failing and then avoiding he’s your guy. At this point there are so many other options and I beg you to find alternative. As long as all goes to plan Jim will be fine but if there’s a hiccup he’ll trip over his ego and falter.
His team is pretty good but at his mercy so hands are tied but as a RealEstate Broker and former lender I suggest you look elsewhere for good service and the truth!
