Team Kia of El Cajon

I had an appointment for service 9/12/23 for 7: 30A, Upon arrival I was contacted by a service person for inital info. I was directed to the service counter and contacted Connor. I advised what I needed. He was very help and made sure every thing was explained. The visit was was very fast, not taking all day Thanks to Connor and the Team Kia Service Crew

Do not come here! They are more concerned getting a sale then helping customers out. Sold us a bad car within the first few months the door wouldn’t open. Said they wouldn’t fix it because it didn’t fall under warranty even tho it was a problem with those kias. Come to find out that model of Kia had problems with that door and no one decided to relay that information. Fast forward a year and a half and now we find out they sold us a car with a recalled engine. Or engine gives out so we called a mechanic and found out the engine was part of a huge recall. NO ONE RELAYED THIS INFORMATION! So we took it to a shop to show them it was part of a recall and asked my girlfriend to take it to the dealership to get fixed. When my girlfriend got there she asked for a loaner vehicle which they said they don’t have on that lot but when she called and talked to a different person they said they only loan them for special circumstances. So which one is it? ! So they sent my 8 month pregnant girlfriend along with no loaner car and expect us to pay out of pocket for a rental for 6-8 weeks (possible longer) which we obviously can’t afford especially since we’re paying this stupid car off and HAVE BEEN NO HELP since they sold us the car. This is how they treat customers and they don’t care about you I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! They have yet to fix the issue or even try to accommodate us in any type of way. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Update: Bill Contacted me but just sent a number for me to call and offered no help with my situation.so again DO NOT COME HERE they do not want to help and they don’t care about there customers

Hats off to Laura and the folks at Team Kia for making my first service visit quick and easy. It was nice to see tech, Alexes given credit for software update.

Richard approached and introduced himself as soon as I walked onto the lot at Team Kia. He quickly helped me narrow down my search and assisted me through the buying process, along with Bashar and Kelaan, and he did not make me feel pressured into making any decision. Thanks Richard!

Bashar and Raiv is a good salesman he was well informed about the vehicle we were looking for.

I had great experience with Laura Ayala my service advisor, they diagnose the problem and under an hour where is I had my car and another Kia dealer for four hours and they still couldn’t tell me what the problem was. Thank you for the excellent service!
