Team LA, Los Angeles CA

On 11/19/23 at 10: 55 am I visited the Team LA store on 1111 S Figueroa st in Los Angeles to purchase a city edition Lakers jersey. I have been there many times before and had been calling for weeks to make sure that the jersey I wanted was being featured that day. As the Lakers were playing so I knew I could come and make my purchase. A floor person was standing nearby as I approached the rack of jerseys and asked if she could help. I answered no. I was reaching for the jersey to check for my size as the floor person hovered behind me very unprofessional and it was uncomfortable for me. So I asked if she needed to retrieve something because my shopping experience was fastly going down the barrel. She answered she didn't need anything but continued to hawk me. So I just gathered the jersey in my size and went to the counter to pay and left the store. I know that this was not necessary and I have reservations about going back to this store soon.

Associate Frank was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. He patiently help me find the correct size that I needed. His great service was appreciated.

You must visit on a day when the team you support is playing in order to purchase that team's products.

Don't travel for that. The store is ridiculous. Nothing interesting, more chance of finding what you’re looking for in a Nike LA or a FootLocker

I’ve been calling for weeks and they never answer their phone, what’s the point of having a phone number if no one ever answers. I live over an hour away & it’s ridiculous that I can’t call to ask questions & they expects us to drive to the store & could be closed without notice. Management needs to fix this problem.

Don’t shop on their website. Placed an order 2/14 and just received HALF of it on 3/10. Their customer service is a joke, they will respond it will ship asap and go dark after follow ups and they never answer the phone. FYI - it’s ILLEGAL to charge your cc until the order ships!

This store is in the arena and they only focus around AD and LBj. There are more players than just AD. Where was AR15 at?

The advantage is that there is a lot of choice in this shop. But the opening hours are very limited…
If you come across a closed day, be aware that there is another shop open, a little smaller but still with some good items, near the airport and the team training center

Online ordering. I’m all for the convenience of online ordering; however, ordering from the LA Store is not convenient one bit. Shipping is said to be 3-4 business days, the website excuses them for 7-10 business days, regardless of those facts, you’ll get your product well after their own deadlines. I’d rather buy from third party vendors and non licensed merchandise sellers then try and order from their online store again.

Fun fact: FTC 30-day Rule violation is what you need to look up if this establishment does not deliver their goods within the 30 day time frame without consulting (you) the consumer.

The rating is for the people that work there during the day. What a giant group of no personality rude people. Seriously whoever is running the store needs to fire the whole lot and hire people with some personality that can at least act like they don’t hate everything and everyone.
