I have been training with Brandon for about a year now and the results I am seeing are beyond what I have expected. Like much other reviews, I echo that Brandon is great company, he is punctual, supportive, and a true motivator. Whether you are looking to dial down your nutrition, get strong, or shed weight Brandon has you covered! If you are looking for a trainer, look no further, you've found him!

Brandon is a phenomenal coach! He is always very professional and honest. He truly cares about his clients, every step of the way. I struggled to loose even a pound but with his guidance and patience. I was able to loose 12lbs. I was not as consistent as I could have been but Brandon never gave up on me and always encouraged me to keep going. I really appreciate all he has taught me and all his words of advice! He’s one of the best coaches I have ever trained with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s in need of guidance towards reaching their fullest potential or anyone who’s in need of continuous motivation, guidance and support to keep their gym momentum going. Thank you Brandon!

I have enjoyed having Brandon as a fitness trainer. He is patient and encouraging. I fell out of the habit of exercising for a year during the pandemic. But, he was a great motivator to get me started and back on track towards my fitness and building up my discipline.

Brandon helped me hit a lot of goals and even create new ones. If you're looking for somebody to push your limits with all around strength training, nutrition alignment and general well being there isn't a better trainer out there! He taught me all the techniques to stay injury free and build a strong muscle core. Forever grateful for this guy!

Brandon is amazing. He is very kind and honest with his training style. He is always uplifting and encouraging. He listens to your concerns and helps you realize that you CAN when you think that you CAN'T. He pushes you to your limits without being pushy. I highly recommend training with Team Low Fitness! I trained with Brandon for 2.5 years while I was still living in Sacramento, and let me tell you how much I miss working with him! I never thought of myself as even capable of being athletic, and my health and fitness was always put on the back burner. Brandon helped me change my whole mindset and made me realize that I was only limiting myself. He is very knowledgeable, personable, encouraging, dedicated, and sincerely cares about all of his clients. He developed a custom workout plan that fit my goals and my body's needs, and pushed me farther than I ever thought possible. Hiring Brandon and joining Team Low was literally the best decision I've ever made for myself.

If You’re Willing To Put In Work, Then Team Low Will Without A Doubt Put You To Work. I Worked With Brandon, He Holds You Accountable At Every Step Of The Way If It’s Meals Or Stretching
Which Are Vital To Fitness In My Opinion As Much As Lifting And Squats.
Favorite Text To Get Is “It’s Game Day”

I just finished an 8 week challenge with Brandon. It was the first time I have ever participated in this type of challenge. Brandon tailored my workouts so that I built strength and, more importantly, stayed motivated. His approach and advice regarding nutrition is healthful and practical. I started the challenge skeptical but, 8 weeks later I’ve built strength, cleaned up my nutrition and am feeling great! Many thanks to Brandon - go team Low!

Brandon pushes you past your limits. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into on trying to be healthy and fit. And above all have a trainer. Brandon makes it easy and simple. All you have to do is put in the work. My goal was to be active and sculpt out. He’s been nothing but helpful with the nutrition plan he has me on. And giving monthly workout routines that challenges my body. I didn’t know some of the exercises he provided until I tried them. What may look simple made more sense when using the proper equipments and weights. He can adjust to whatever equipment you have in hand. Sometimes it takes some creativity to make the perfect weight. He points out where the focus is on the body and creates workouts that benefit you. He’s been very responsive for any questions I have when it come to eating. The use of MyFitnessPal app helps in selecting great tasty meals. The weekly check ins help to see where you are and Brandon does his best to make you comfortable on where you need to be to make your goals achievable. I reside in san Bruno and he’s been helpful through zoom. Teamlow is great and if you want change, come hungry.

I’ve really enjoyed training with Brandon. He pushes me when I need to be pushed but also can tell when I’m hitting my limits. We continuously have hit personal records, and he really has helped me perfect my form when working out!

These past few months training with Team Low has definitely been rewarding. As my personal trainer within a group setting, Brandon has been motivating, encouraging, and straightforward. I can tell that he genuinely cares about my progress. He gives us challenging but attainable goals. He is attentive to any of our concerns. He gives us detailed instructions and information to apply towards our workouts and our daily diets. He makes sure everything we do is of great quality and pure precision. He makes it known and engrains the philosophy that what we do is not just a diet or a simple workout, but an improvement towards our lifestyle and goals.

I have been working with Brandon for a short time (about 2 months) and he has exceeded my expectations. He is extremely responsive and knowledgable to really help you transform your lifestyle to however you deem fit. He is also very good at incorporating feedback and your overall goals into your plan. I have learned a lot about different variations of workouts, which really helped me feel more confident going to gym by myself. He pushed me a lot even when felt like I couldn’t do another rep. He is very down to earth and sessions never felt stressful, but instead like working out with a friend. Highly recommended!
