They are very professional and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. We had a wonderful experience working with Team Metric for our major remodeling project. Amy and Reki were amazing and always on top of things. Not just with designs but also with every aspect of the construction phase where we needed guidance.

I would highly recommend Team Metric to anyone considering ADU remodelling. We have worked with Pin and her team on two occasions, In both cases the results were absolutely stunning. We particularly appreciated Pin's creativity in proposing design options that complemented the existing layout of our century home and made maximum use of the relatively small space available. In addition, he ensured that the project ran smoothly and on time from start to finish, and the contractors he used were consistently professional and expert. Pin's recommendations for surfaces, cabinetry, appliances etc were all excellent, and at the end of both projects I felt strongly that we had received very good value for money.

The Team Metric response was amazing, no question has been left untouched and at the end of the day our projects have gained additional value comparing to the competition.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about investing in this service, but my realtor encouraged me to do so. WOW! I'm glad that I did. The Staged by Design Team did an outstanding job on my 1940's stone bungalow home in San Jose, CA. The house was already cute, but the rooms are small by today's standards. The Team Metirc enhanced the home's best features, deep window sills, hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, totally renovated kitchen. I know that we got top dollar, in part, because of the outstanding staging. The furniture was top-notch, and the accessories made the house feel very cozy. Go for it if you are on the fence about this service.

Pin and team are very smart and knowledgable. I see that they are putting themselves in the home owners position to think every detail of the design. I am very satisfied with the design and service they provided.
