Teaspoon Campbell

I would describe Teaspoon Campbell as an integral pillar of the Pruneyard. This location opened in 2018, and has maintained a steady flow of business in addition to quite a loyal base of customers. These facts become apparent to anyone who visits this location - it is clean, the staff are wonderful, and the service is of one of the highest tiers possible.

I started coming here when they opened five years ago nearly everyday after school to pick up my favorite drink, the liquid gold, and five years later that trend continues when I'm in town in between my collegiate semesters.

In a complex that possesses a somewhat high turnover rate in terms of businesses/restaurants, it's quite obvious why this establishment in particular has stood the test of time, and it all comes down to a set of owners who are committed day and night to ensure the best possible experience for all customers. This is one of the key factors that sets this Teaspoon location in particular apart from the other franchise locations, and as a result it stands as a testament to the types of achievements possible when the owner/management places a committed, well-intentioned personal touch on a day-to-day basis.

One of my favorite Boba Tapioca Pearl Tea Shops in the South Bay area love the Lychee tea, Thai iced tea and Purple Yam Ube tea so creamy sweet smooth and delicious!

Skip the classics go for the signature. I went with the strawberry Colada which was basically a mix of a pina colada and strawberry daiquiri. Pretty sweet so asked for less sweet and it was just fine. Loved my Asian wife’s passion fruit watermelon drink as well. Good but not the best boba we’ve had so go here for unique flavors, juices and teas.

I used to come here often and really do enjoy their boba teas but recently I found that they have been a bit stingy with the boba that I paid extra for so it makes it feels like you're paying more than you're getting.

This is a cutesy and spacious boba tea place. I played it safe and chose Thai tea boba. It was good with subtle hints of vanilla. Service was quick and I really liked the display of toppings here.

Red Bull Cocolada is very tasty. It’s nice that they give you what’s left in the can as well

Ordered 2 drinks. Both orders were wrong. For one drink, I got charged extra for something I didn’t order, and for the second drink I paid extra for something that wasn’t in the drink. They fixed the 2nd order but weren’t exactly friendly about it. And the popped bobas were all “popped” so I was basically getting the boba skin in every sip. Not going back.

My favorite boba place! The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is great and very customizable.

I ordered the house black tea and it was whatever. Also, the taro “chunks” is just taro paste at the bottom of the cup, so drinking that wasn’t very pleasant. I was really hoping for the chewy taro balls. There’s so many boba places in San José to choose from, so I wouldn’t come back.

Great atmosphere and friendly customer service. But I felt the quality level of their drink was similar to mass produced cheaper milk tea chains such as boba time. There would be a better place if you pay this much.

I have only been to Teaspoon-Campbell twice and both times I received excellent service. I ordered online and this feature is just sooo convenient because you can schedule the date and time of pick up, and all my orders have been made right on time. The staff are amazing and friendly. Ambiance is pretty cool too. Keep up the great service!

I do prefer their milk teas over their fruit ones here, but it's my go to for a milk tea. Especially with Oatmilk options.

Our drinks were made very fast and correctly. They tasted very good. We will continue going back to Teaspoon shops.
