I'm not too sure about these people. Their managers seem to be very anti-police and borderline radicals

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff- can not recommend them enough! I had previously been to Fry’s Electronics where the teenager just shrugs at you, and here at Tech2U, David kindly educated me on what the trouble was with my faulty laptop power cord! Did not charge for a small replacement part they had from the “Used Box” in the back of the shop, which you do not see very often. Will definitely return for any future issues.

Andre could not have been more professional, yet friendly at the same time. I felt confident of his service ability right from the minute I spoke with him. I was offered rush service, and indeed they outdid themselves getting my unit installed. He made me feel i was the only customer of the day, yet I knew there were many others! I have already recommended that shop to others and will continue.

I went to the Tech2You located near big lots in La Mesa, I was having issues with my custom built desktop. I had to wait for them to just tell me it would be 200 dollars just for the labor, then another 200 for a new motherboard when the current motherboard I own is 130 on amazon. I took my pc home and was able to resolve the issue in minutes, turns out I just needed to install the drivers. It’s unbelievable that they almost charged me $400 for a unnecessary fix, making me wait days just to tell me I needed new parts that were not necessary. I won’t being my computer or any other electronic devices here again!

This is the second time I have used their service with a break of about 3 years each use.

Gave me details of repair and due to extensive work needed was honest and told me cheaper to buy a new one. They cleaned the harddrive and recycled for me! I didn't pay a nickel. I will go back with my other laptop and desktop for sure!

I have used Tech2U on several occasions and will not go anywhere else. My tech was the best, took time to help me understand my mistake and fixed all my computer stuff.

While due to issues beyond their control they were unable to fix my computer, I must say they went above and beyond to try. I came here after seeing this was one of the highest rated computer repair shops in San Diego, and they lived up to their reputation. Friendly and professional service from the moment I entered, and I had my desktop back and running within a week. Will return for any other computer issues I (hopefully don't) have, and highly recommend their service.

They were most helpful at this site. I talked with Ronnie when I first went in and he helped me decide what to do with a 13 year old computer. He took a lot time explaining things to me. Gave me some options and then Showed me how to use the computer I got from him. His helper in the store was most helpful too and both were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this Tech 2u store in la Mesa. So glad I found it.

Alex at Tech 2U is deeply knowledgeable, attentive and thoughtful of his clients' time. This company is not out to grab every dime from customers and is extraordinarily fair. Fair, accurate and thoughtful-I recommend them to everyone.

I had a problem communicating between my computer and my printer. Why it stopped working after 5 years is unknown. Reboots of both systems did nothing. Your tech was on time for his appointment and got it working within an hour. Great service.

I had a great experience with Tech 2U. The staff was very friendly, and was very prompt notifying me about the progress of my computer at various stages (the diagnosis/estimate, ordering of the new part, and installation).

They were able to get me the new part for my computer (I spilled beer on my comp, oops, and needed a whole new keyboard/mouse) and rebuilt the guts very quickly.

Feels like I got a new computer, but got to keep all of my work! Thanks Tech 2U!

I called the number and spoke with a man named Jeff that assured me that I would get a free diagnostic. I told him I stepped on my screen so it just needed to be replaced hence, he said well that would only be 80. Not the case at all when my mother went in for me. Jeff doesn't even work in San Diego and the owner or employee was rude and said no we don't do free diagnostics. I don't like businesses who lie from the start. Do business else where!

I spilt water on a computer with the result that 10 keys no longer worked. Submitted the computer to Tech 2U in La Mess, CA for a diagnostic analysis. They were friendly and provided an estimate that I thought was reasonable. However, since the computer was only a month shy of 5 years old my wife and I decided that it probably made more sense to buy a new one. It is nice to know such a professional place exists. Highly recommend.
