Unfortunately they couldn't do the repairs I needed, even though they show up on search for printer repairs.

It was very easy to setup an appointment. Waiting for 10 days or so wasn’t that bad to get a diagnosis and the overall cost to repair was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tech2U. They are cost efficient and effective for running apple products out of warranty.

I always know when I take my computers in to them, I get the best service I can get. It's never a question as to where I'll take my computer for service and repair. They've never disappointed me. Great service and great value.

Chad was fantastic. My CPU was overheating and he solved it by resetting the motherboard ND kept me informed throughout

I had a problem with windows popping up while I was starting the computer. Tech 2U fixed the issue, so not as many pop-ups appear. Tech 2U offered great service offering a conventient time to drop off and pick up my compter once it was serviced.

As usual Chad did a great job. However one of the other employees switched my Dell power supply with a fake Dell power supply. I doubt it will work 2 months from now. Very disappointed that this occurred as I have been a loyal customer for several years.

Laptop failed and took it to Tech2U. They did a great job of quickly finding the problem and fixed it. Kept me advised of how long it would take to get the new parts, and cost. Highly recommended them.

Payed the extra $50 for rush diagnostics, instead of being free, but having to wait, because of other computers All problems were solved. No signs within last day of previous problems. Customer service was very polite understanding outgoing helpful and seemed highly qualified computer technicians.

Brought my laptop in because it was glitching. They figured it out, called me with a reasonable price, and I had it back a week later. Great experience - I Highly Recommend them.
