Out of nowhere my costume PC was showing an error and it would not work at all, I was desperate, going into finals at school I needed a quick and reliable solution, and I found Tech Builders. They fixed my computer over night, kindly found, bought and changed a new motherboard for my computer, cleaned everything (it was reallyyyy dusty) and when I got back home they guided me for over an hour on the phone to help me instal new drivers. THE BEST place I’ve been, comparing it to different places in different countries and US states. Amazing service.

Went here based on reviews for repair on my laptop.left my laptop and that night I got a call describing the issue.they gave me several options and was very impressed with the customer service and results. Great customer service & good prices. They were able to unlock my 4th Gen Lenovo Thinkpad X1Carbon which had a BIOS password.

My device was fix then broke down they said to take it back within 30 days with receipt to fix again. They didn't want to fix it anymore. They are good just taking money and not fixing the issue. Will not return to store for any reason.

Retrieved data from computer w/o hard drive. Every other place wouldn’t even work on it. Amazing!

Brought my MacBook Pro here for a motherboard issue. They managed to fix it and now my MacBook works as normal. I highly recommend this place. There are really good people in what they are doing.

Great service! I needed my battery replaced, I first had an appointment at Geek Squad, instead of installing the new battery that I had already bought and taken to them, they told me to book another appointment and leave my computer for two days. I couldn't do that, I need my computer for work. I took it to Tech Builders without an appointment and two hours later they had installed the battery. Thank you so much Tech Builders.

I called everywhere looking for a Sata to USB cable. They were the only place that had one. We weren’t sure if the cable would successfully connect my old hard drive to my new MacBook, but they let me try in store before officially purchasing the cable. They even helped me remove some screws in order to connect the hard drive. It worked perfectly! I am very thankful for their help!

I had called other businesses about my PC. They either warned that they were not equipped to help or that they were dismissive about what could be done. Tech Builders asked me to bring my PC in so they could see how they could help and what options we’re available. I appreciated their patience and their willingness to help. I got my PC fixed and at a fair price.

I was gonna send my laptop to India back to the accer factory for repair when I found this place in Downey tech builders. They fixed my gaming laptop, and made it better than it was!

They did a great job! They were very COVID-19 conscious, everybody wore mask, sanitizer at the desk, glass barrier between me and the clerk. The store is very clean! Everyone was so nice and attentive, very professional.

I've taken my iMac Desktop there twice now, once for an upgrade and once for a repair. These folks not only know what they are doing, but are quick to respond and very helpful. The repair was so fast and easy (software problem) that I was out of the store in 10 minutes and there was no charge, as the problem was just something to do with a password problem. But when they do charge their prices are fair.

This is now my "Go to" computer repair shop!
