Great customer service, the reps help you find the best boots for you. The boots slide on like butter and are very comfortable. Military discount is available. Customers can have a drink while you shop, love that! So worth it!

We visited this store for the first time ever for mine and my fiancés wedding day boots and my god were we blown away by the sales rep named David. He was so helpful from beginning to end and gave the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received. We were thinking of walking out and trying somewhere more affordable but his customer service was so good and we wanted actual quality boots that we just couldn’t leave. David deserves some sort of recognition. He was awesome!

This store feels so good. It’s warm and inviting with incredible service and luxurious products. We tried on multiple boots and they were kind and helpful, offered yummy drinks, and helped us pick out our favorites. I absolutely love my Annie boots. I like to imagine that I have a ranch for my second home and I wear these daily to ride my horse and pet the mini cows and look and feel great while doing it. I look forward to the day when I need another pair but in the meantime I’ll just continue to take my friends and family here to get their own boots!

Speech less with customer service. All questions I had and the warranty a assistant gave me I was happy. I was only in there about 10 minutes from the moment I went in and out and happy with my new boots. I may go back for another set this time a brown color.

I bought a total of three pair of boots and these are high quality boots. The return service is great especially when i bought a pair and they stretched out (maybe defect) but I was happy they accepted my return and sold me different pair of boots! I will return on day to buy another one!

Free boot shine. Offered me whiskey in a glass while I was shopping. Bought me a new pair of cowboy boots in ostrich, and they gave me a shot of tequila On my way out. With a water to go. This place was awesome. Excellent customer service.where real cowboy shop.
