The facility itself is very clean and well maintained if you decide to do your own clothes

Some of the dryers don’t work. A couple times that I’ve gone I put quarters in the washers that apparently didn’t work (there was no sign saying they were out of service). Homeless people are always hanging out during the day (not doing laundry). My last straw was tonight when the lady closing told me that I needed to stay with my clothes because other people complained that they weren’t able to use the 3 washers I was using. Then she told me that she had to wait to close for 30 minutes (the hours on the window says 10pm) I was grabbing my clothes from the dryer at 9: 50. I told her it was fine I’ll just go to the laundromat down the street and she said “that’s fine” so clearly they don’t mind losing business.
