2I love the management here, they are super willing to work with you and the last thing they try to do is sell your stuff if you miss a few payments. A place that cares about their customers. 5 months behind on payments and we still worked things out. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Be careful, I emptied my storage unit
on the 10th of May after I got caught up on my rent not knowing the management had charged me for the month of May, when I saw my receipt after the unit was empty I realized I had payed for May, so I called and asked if I could be refunded for the month of May since the unit was empty and they refused to give me any reimbursement not even a partial or pro-rated refund for an empty unit that they can now rent out and receive rent for the month from someone else.
