Got into an accident, they did an awesome job, I highly recommend this place for everyone.

My wife was involved in a hit and run and desided to get the damage repaired here because it looked like a professional establishment, let me start by saying customer service was excellent, I was always getting calls to get progress updates during the entire month our 2019 odyssey elite was in for repair, the day day I picked up the vehicle there was polish compound left all over the place interior was dusty due to body work, 1 month later 1 window trim fell off on the 14fwy the other is hanging on, rather than replace 70 cent clips that they broke when removing the pieces for color blending, they glued them back with what looks like hot glue gun, called them back and they need the car back for 1 week to evaluate it and repair it, that means I need a rental for 1 week outta my pocket so ended up just ordering parts from dealer and fixing it myself, 392.12 for parts is what it cost, also they did not color sand none of their work, you can see orange peel where they blended and on the new parts they installed and over spray in some areas, overall I was not happy with the work 5$ in broken clips and a few hours of color sanding and buffing and polishing and this would have been a 5 star review.

Kim and Brooke are AMAZING! I truly appreciate that they always kept me posted about the status of my vehicle. They were very helpful from the get-go. Such a wonderful experience overall. My car looks brand new- I love it! I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family:) Thank you Telesis!

I would have been more content with them if they saved my expensive aftermarket head lights like I asked instead of throwing them away.
