Temaki by Seaweed Handroll, Canoga Park CA

Located at Topanga Social so cool place to hang out. Love the concept where you can order from any of the restaurants in this fancy food hall via a kiosk. This makes it super convenient. They send a text to your phone when your food is ready so you can pick it up. They have lots of handrolls and cut rolls to chose from. I ordered the blue crab hand roll and was pretty stuffed with a good amount crab. They also wrap the seaweed in plastic so it keeps it crisp until you are ready to eat it. I would order this again. Also ordered the albacore crispy onion roll and salmon cut roll and it was just meh. Definitely didn’t taste fresh

3.5 stars overall. Blue crab hand roll was tasty! Price is a bit high for the quantity so I’m docking some points there.

This staff was amazing. The pressure with long lines and people hovering over the pick-up counter probably frustrated them even more. But they were awesome! The cashier looked exhausted, but somehow, the food runner was still upbeat. She had really great customer service. She had her hair braided up with lots of bling on her wrists and fingers. Didn't catch her name to give credit, but I'm sure whomever reads this will know who she is. Now the food.awesome. Reasonably priced compared to surrounding sushi spots. The fish and quality were good. Very neat rolls and chefs were working cohesively. By the end of the night I realized they were amongst a few locations still serving food. The veggie roll was delicious. Must try this spot inside The Topanga Social
