I have read some of the previous reviews and cant help but chuckle a bit. I have worked in the medical field for a while now and I know how it works on the other side of the desk. I've had the misfortune to be in the lobby waiting while another patient rudely fought them on something that clearly wasn't on them. I understand things happen and people aren't perfect. I've been there. But I have been a patient of Health Scan for a few years and they've always been extremely kind and try to work with you. You call and you don't talk to a machine, you talk to an actual human being. They explain things thoroughly and will go out of their way to help. The tech are amazing and the place is beautiful and cozy. I'll continue to chose Health Scan since I haven't been disappointed yet.

Called twice to schedule an "Echo", both telephone receptionist didn't know what that was. I'm not a medical professional but know that is a Ultrasound Echo Doppler commonly known as an "Echo". Then they couldn't find my referral. I.waited on hold for 30.minutes with no resolution. If you have choice. Go elsewhere!

I have been coming to this location for over a decade and i just can not believe how horrible the customer service is my doctor ordered a few images i was told by my doctors office i would be contacted when ready to set appt i did not get any information from health imaging for nearly a week and a half i had to make a call to them to find out they should have called me with that i still set appt with them the day prior to my appt i called to confirm and was then placed on hold for what seemed to be forever while on hold i checked the rating and found them to be horrible this makes me very sad in the past they had been good to me

So, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in by how beautiful the lobby was. Everything else was a disappointment. They lobby is really peaceful, However there were NO receptionists at the desk, so I followed instructions (sign) and signed in.and waited. For 20 minutes. During that time 3 employees returned to the desk. They answered phones, helped others who walked in after me, looked at me and did nothing. So I walked up and asked if there was something else I needed to do besides sign in? "Oh, no I will be with you in a minute. " Long story short, another 10 minutes later she FINALLY looked at the sign in sheet and helped me. Seriously, they have 2 people working appointments and one working the walk-ins, and she NEVER looked at the sign in sheet.

Absolutely horrible experience. I've never been treated more rudely or disrespectfully. Asking any questions is out of the question. They also have cloth furniture in waiting area that's so easy to transmit everyone else's germs. Today is this pandemic especially everything is supposed to be sanitized. I'm not sure how long they've been in business, never heard of them before, was sent by Dr, but they have a lot to learn about care & compassion.

This facility received my order from my doctor and I waited over a month for them to call me, they never did. I called and made my appointment and I was told that I needed to wear a mask during the ultrasound procedure and when I told them I was medically exempted due to shortness of breath and I am categorized as "those who shouldn't wear masks" according to the CDC they still told me they wouldn't see me. Even though Riverside County lifted the mask mandate and I medically cannot, they are on clear violation of The Americans with Disabilities Act. I canceled the appointment and reported them to ADA.

[Update] I'll definitely stay away from this place. I had two simple diagnosis last year, one was abdominal ultrasound; another one was just a chest x-ray. My insurance policy has no copayment for any regular lab works. Guess what? This facility fraudulently billed two doctors visits on this July, then asked for my co-pay. What a scam operation!

Nicely decorated facility. However, poor and inefficient operation. Many repeating paperworks for patients (possibly even more for their administrative staffs). Not very nice, robotic and nonsense customer services. For example, I just received a voicemail from a real person reminding my appointment tomorrow but I've already canceled it early by phone with another real person.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Go to Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging. This place is awful. I honestly don't have enough words to express how disappointing their customer service was. From attempting to schedule an appointment and being put on hold for 20 mins (because an angry customer came in. This should have been a sign), to having 2 separate appointments scheduled only to find out I only needed one - when I read word by word what my doctor had requested and for some reason she made me come in twice? Then they give incorrect information for the preparation and I was unable to get my ultrasound. I schedule yet another appointment (THIRD one). I get there and they schedule it for another office, not the one I had previously called for. Seriously, I have never in my entire life had such awful service. Thank goodness there are other wonderful local imaging centers like Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging where they know how to schedule appointments and give clear instructions. They have awful management and employees here, save yourself some stress and DON'T COME HERE! Take your doctors recommendation somewhere else.

They never sent my results to my doctor. I had my appointment and he didn't receive any info which was a total waste of time. I don't recommend. Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging is always prompt in getting to result to the doctor and you.
