Temecula Car Wash

There’s an old saying if you want something done right do it yourself. This could not have been more true than today. After spending $65 on a car wash, I was under the impression the car would look presentable for the price. As I was called over to my car, the exterior looked as if it had not been cleaned one bit and when asked if they can clean the remaining dust/bugs the attendant stated it would be an extra $10. I asked for a rag and cleaned it myself. This was not my first time visiting this car wash, but will be my last.

Great place, organized and clean. Separate lanes and prices clearly posted for exterior wash vs interior or detailing. The attendant at the entrance of the washing machine needs to be more friendly. He looked angry for some reason. But, on the other end there was another attendant that dries your car and this one was very good. This extra step where they dry the excess of water with towels is a nice touch and I plan to come back. Strongly recommend.

I had a positive experience at Temecula Car Wash on Rancho California Road. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they did a thorough job cleaning my car inside and out. The car wash facilities were well-maintained and equipped with modern technology. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care they took in making sure my car looked its best. While the service was excellent, I'm giving it four stars as the seating and eating area could be improved. Overall, Temecula Car Wash provides quality car cleaning services that left my vehicle looking sparkling clean. If the waiting area and furniture were improved, it would be a perfect 5-star experience!

After being offered a 50$ special today… I denied the service because the manager said it will be done in less than 20 mins? !? I asked how? He said because they would have two ppl washing and two vacuuming…. So I went with a standard wash and spent 34$ on the wash (not including a tip) the car wasn’t even vacuumed. Shout out to the front desk gentleman for accommodating the wash!

I had two cars to wash and a daughter learning to drive, so we went to two different car washes.

The Temecula Car Wash was significantly more expensive ($15 more) for the same level of wash and the finish quality was terrible; I had to ask them to wipe the trunk and they didn't vacuum the back seats. Save your money, go somewhere else!

Carwash broke my "aftermarket" grill because of their front brush preventing from my truck to move forward. Asked to speak with the manager, Jerry then came to speak with me. After observing the damage he stated any aftermarket product is not covered.in other words, "we can break any aftermarket product on your car and we will not be liable for it". Jerry took no responsibility and even proceeded to have me pay for the carwash. Poor customer service, the cashier was friendly and asked for me to provide my number so that he could provide to the owner. I'll give him a week, if I don't hear from them, small claims will be brought in to the picture. BTW, no notices are posted about aftermarket products.
