I'm sure Dr. Gisi is a wonderful doctor which is why I chose to establish care with her in my network. The one star is for her staff. My intial call was Jun 12th to make an appointment 2 months in advance, but before I could make the appointment my insurance had to be verified. I was told once it's verified they would call me back. 2 days go by and no return call. I follow up at the end of the week, and I'm told my information is still on her desk and she'll give it to the person who verifies insurance. I never heard back so I requested an appointment through their online schedule. I call the next day to confirm my appointment and no one ever answered the phone. I leave a message and never got a call back. Fast forward almost two weeks later, I finally got in touch with someone today who tells me they aren't honoring my appointment that was made online and they are booking appointments in September. This person also said something about new staff coming in. Hopefully, the new staff are better knowledgeable and patient focused. Going somewhere else as the last two weeks were a complete waste of my time!

Never calls back, will hardly accept in-person appointments and front office personnel needs a lot of work. Stuck due to insurance IPA for now.

Dr Sylvia Gisi been my doctor for 19 years is one of the best doctor I had ever had. She will be my doctor until it's time for me to depart from this world. I highly highly recommend her to everyone. I love you DR Gissi.

Dr. GISI was thorough in explaining results of my latest tests. I was able to ask many questions and she answered them all. She advised me when and at what time to take my medications and supplements. I appreciate Dr. GISI because she took time to see me in person for my appointment. Thank you Dr. GISI.

So much runaround given with a referral, which ultimately, according to the medical group, insurance, and everyone in between, should have been submitted by the PCP. Hopefully, I don't continue to experience the runaround.

Dr. Gisi is great! She is our family doctor and has been great with my parents, my husband and I, but I do need to give her special props for helping my mom so much. After one immunotherapy treatment at the oncologists, her liver was near failure. Along with cortosteriods, Dr. Gisi recommended a liver support supplement which worked wonders. The oncologist was shocked at how well her liver normalized - great combo of eastern and western medicine with Dr. Gisi. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and will take her time to listen to concerns. Thanks so much to Dr. Gisi and staff.

Even with Covid Dr. Gisi is there full time for patients. The Telemedical interview worked perfectly and it was as good as a one on one in office visit. I was given plenty of time, detail, and review of all my reports and medical issues. Labs were ordered, a plan was worked out and a follow up visit within the next week to review. Actually a very efficient way to conduct an office visit and it helps to have a scale, thermometer, and a BP machine at home to assist with current info. These are good items to keep at home for regular self exams and keeping one in good health. I feel fortunate to have a Primary Physician who is very accessible, willing to provide services during any crisis, and takes the time and attention to follow up on details.
