Temecula Family Optometry inside LensCrafters

First time patient and was very pleased with everything overall. The exam was thorough and the process for selecting and ordering frames was easy. The location is close to home and the hours are great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, very quick on service. Describe in detail on each item and soak it down so I can understand what each option I was getting I highly recommend Lenscrafter to everyone!

The doctor was excellent. However, no diagnosis was given to me before leaving. I tried to call someone and no one returned, or answered the calls. Additionally, I paid for an additional service that was not completely explained to me either before or after. Namely, contact fitting charges. The contacts that were given to me did not work, and I returned. Then I was asked for additional money for a different kind of contact fitting. It seems as though this optometry service only wants to sell you some thing and is not interested in your eye. Health whatsoever. You are not upfront with your fees and you do not give the optometrist enough time to make sure that everything is right with your eyes before leaving. I think this optometrist Dr. Chen was excellent and needs to open her own practice and not work for your company.

My eye exam went very well. The staff is friendly and attentive. The optometrist was excellent. She answered all of my questions and was very informative. She suggested Systane eye drops for my dry eyes. It is so much better than the product I was using. Excellent care! Thank you!

Dr Kho, Karen, and all the staff are incredible! They are so friendly & knowledgeable, and no one rushed me through my eye exam. Everything was explained to me, and they treated me like family. I highly recommend this LensCrafters, which is in the mall across from Express clothing store. I’ve gotten eyeglasses 3 times from this LensCrafters, and each time my eyeglasses were perfect. One year ago I went to a different place to save some money, and I struggled with my eyeglasses this entire past year, even after I communicated with them that my glasses weren’t right, they still couldn’t seem to get them right. I will never go anywhere else!

Loved this Refferal from my son Andrew E. Homsi to this Lens crafter. My daughter Vivian Homsi got a killer deal last week shopping around for new glasses. Also loved the staff they made my experience and my daughter alot fun. Just wish I had more deals on designers frames. If I did o world got a 2nd pair so I can have a Tiffani Sun glasses. Well will go back for my sim glasses once’s we have deals on the Tiffany frames. Will bring my husband and mother plus exchanged student to have new exams. Overall left happy. Staff in Promenade mall very courteous and super helpful.

They helped me out of a broken glasses jam in 2 days. Even with a high prescription they got me taken care of. Fantastic team at promenade Temecula location.
