Eric our Salesperson gave 5 star service. Knowledgeable, polite and personable. Made the quadcar buying process simple. The girls who were supposed to assist us with helmet, gloves and pants left us unadvised and "on our own". They pretty much just pointed us over to where the items were and left it upto us to "figure it out". We only got answers when we asked. As far as initiative they earned 0 stars. Total customer service from the girls at that dept is 0.5 stars out of 5. Eric 5 stars out of 5.

Hey motorsport shoppers! I'd like to share with eveyone the name of the awsome salesman that assisted me with our purchases on Sunday TORREY HANNA, he went above and beyond. I give Torrey an A+ in customer service. My husband is a salsman himself, he's is a salse shark. I give Torrey kuddos my husband was a tuff buyer. When all was said and done my husband was pleased with final sales price and loan term. I asked Torrey to assist me with purchase and installation of 5 point seatblet harness, I expressed how important safety was my top priorty. The service department is extremely busy and couldn't install till a later date. We planned on taking the buggies (2 seater and a 4 seater) this weekend to Dumont for the Halloween trick or treat festival, however I'm a helicopter mom. I wasn't confortable with the seatbelts the buggies came with. I thought to myself well my boys will have to use their old buggies another trip becuse no rIding without proper 5 point harness. I believe Torrey saw worried and dispointed look on my face. I've taught my 17 and 18 year old saftey and to respect motorcraft as they do their vehicles. It's the other riders I don't trust. GO Torrey, he made it happen 5 point saftey harness seatbelts and 5150 light whip mounts installed at time of delivery. Torrey your the make it happen guy thank you.

Just purchased my third bike from TMS. It is my go to for motorsports whether it is a vehicle purchase, parts, or gear. They almost always have what I'm looking for. I purchased my bike from John in sales. I called him in the morning, he gave me a quote and was very communicative and thorough. When I got to the dealership, there were no surprises. The price he quoted was the price I payed. Despite being very busy, the sales and finance team were able to get me out the door in about 2 hours. Thank you John, and thank you Nick in finance.

Eric, our salesman was great. The after purchase experience was not as good. They included a windshield, factory Yamaha, and a turn signal kit, aftermarket. (SuperATV). They told me that the turn signal kit was “Plug and Play”, but nothing could have been farther from the truth. The turn signal kit required 2 days to install, and was not complete. The quality of the electrical connections was sub par. This was a hard wire installation that required the end user to wire into the vehicle. In addition, the service department left out a retainer for the engine cover when they did the pre delivery inspection.

Cheapest place to get your first break in service on your rzr or can am. I called all the shops around and temecula motorsports was almost half the price than other shops. Just be ready to leave it for a few days but for the price its worth it.

I had to make repeated calls due to horrible customer service. The bike I was looking for, they only had one in stock, which Tyler was stating can be sold fast so basically jump on the purchase. After two days of waiting for images of the bike or at least a call back, the day I was supposed to go see it in person, Tyler tells me the bike was dropped in service and they may not sell it now.

Great customer service and really easy pick-up. Drove from AZ to pick-up a bike and Garret Heller had everything waiting and in order. Was in and out in less than an hour.

I had the best experience shopping with Lily’s help! I had know idea what I was doing but she navigated me to purchase exactly what I needed and went above and beyond. She definitely needs a raise or promotion!

We left two $500 deposits on two blue/black VX Cruiser HO's with audio last spring and that we would have them by summer. The MSRP is $13429 for both (it was lower in the spring). Two wave runners finally came in, one was not in the color we ordered, and out of nowhere the dealer added ADM (additional dealer markup) of $4909! The ADM was never mentioned when we put the deposits down. We decided to get a refund on the deposits as for ~$40K we might as well buy a boat. We are pretty sure this is Bait & Switch and will be filing a report with the BBB. The consumer should not be raked over because of Yamaha's failure in supply chain contingency planning, or be taken advantage of by the dealer. I wish I had read the 1 Star reviews prior to putting down the deposits. It has been a terrible experience, I doubt we will ever purchase anything from Yamaha again.
