The Temecula Police Department has always kept our community safe. They are always polite, kind, and willing to serve their community. It’s a very great police department. -Ben Matthews

I left my backpack in a Uber car. I can’t get help from Uber for some reason. After knowing that the stuffs are very very important to me and it is very urgent for me to get it back. The police officers resolved my problem very fast. I got my backpack the next day. Thank you, officers in Temecula police department! I really appreciate what you did for me.

My daughter fiancé‘s car was broken into and his wallet was sold. After calling the sheriffs department for a deputy to come out and file a report and possibly press charges it took them two hours to call they never showed up, what the heck? When they finally did call told my daughter‘s fiancé that he could not press charges that there was nothing really to report even though he was getting active alerts from his bank that the suspect was actively trying to withdraw $400 from a CVS on Temecula Parkway and an additional attempted purchase at a Chevron less then a mile away. Luckily he had canceled the cards but the kind of bank that he has allows him to get notification whenever the card is still being used or attempted to use. We all know that ATM machines have surveillance so I am extremely appalled that they are unwilling to even investigate the situation. I guess it takes something pretty serious like someone’s life being threatened or taken in order for them to actually do their job.

The residence the parents the faculty and most importantly the children appreciate you heroes. I would like to see this daily as often times we are reactionary rather than proactive.

I called and requested an officer check on my daughter who is a victim of domestic abuse. The officer (Sanchez) who called me was rude and said men were victims too? ! Not just women. He was definitely not helpful

The police officer that came to my door about a matter that someone called about was very nice and so caring I just want to say thank and I truly appreciate it.
