Went in for an x-ray today and was in and out in no time. The staff was awesome as usual. I've been in 3 times for x-rays lately and there's no rhyme or reason to how they check you in. 1st time I entered suite 100 (I think that's the number) and was told I needed to go suite 103.2nd time I went to suite 103 and they told me to go to suite 100 to check in and then I had to go back to suite 103. Today I went to suite 100 and was told to go to suite 103. The x-rays are done in suite 103 and they have everything to check people in there so why all the back and forth? Makes no sense.

I had a MRI and all the employees were very kind. The front office staff was very friendly and the back office staff was extremly helpful and kind. I had a good experience. Nobody wants a MRI but they made the whole experience positive.

First time at this place, I was very impressed place is clean and so organized good customer service. Went there for an ultrasound had the best experience ever.

Short staff, only one room available. Small waiting
room. Had to wait over an hour and a half! I left and came back and still had to wait 20-30 min. They need more help at the front desk. The X-ray tech was nice and pleasant.

Well served, came in, filled out all the paperwork, waited a few minutes then was asked to go to the X-ray waiting area. There waited only a few, very minutes, and was asked to come into the X-ray room where X-rays were then taken immediately. These folks were very professional and caring throughout the entire short process! Thank you and appreciate very much your service.

Staff was very friendly. However, no one enforced the no mask rule which made me question how sanitary their office was. People just walked in with no masks and nothing was said.

The staff was super helpful and nice. The front office gal was amazing. She called my insurance to figure out my co-pays since I had questions. She is VERY nice. The teck who did my ultrasound was nice and efficent. There was also a male student in the room who was very nice and assisted with my one of my ultrasounds. Super happy I was able to help in his learning. Great place and great people.

Today went for an XRay @ 40700 Cal Oaks Road. As I walk into their office was greeted, with a smile and all the staff workers were very helpful.

I enjoy talking to the Xray tech, that afternoon. I do recommend this location. For awesome greeters and a way to get your X-ray done in a timely way.

Very impressed by the over all experience, tech (Mike) was professional, quick, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Receptionist was friendly and personable as well. Clean and comfortable environment, conveniently located right off the I-15.

I don't understand why they don't take appointments for x-rays. Each time I've gone in there it's a 2-hour plus wait. I just don't get it.

Technician was professional but gentle. Front office staff is well trained and was efficient. Waiting room, however, was too crowded considering the ongoing pandemic.

The site in Wildomar still answers the phone but there’s nobody there the Phone number and address are still on the back of the referral sheets. Called another site on the back of the referral sheet they said don’t come here go to this one on California Oaks. Went there, two hour wait. So I asked to make an appointment for the next day they said they do not do appointments. But if you call their automated lines it says press three to make an appointment. I don’t get it. The technician was very nice and it was a pleasant experience after that.

I have been using Temecula Advanced Imaging for YEARS! And have never had an issue! But THIS location is HORRIBLE! The first time they sent my CD scan to some random doctor? Not my primary care and not the doctor that ordered the CT! So I had to go pick up the CT scan and send it myself!
The second time I went they called me back for a different CT, there was two Linda's and apparently he had called the other Linda. Seeing as how I was already back there he said" it's okay I'll do yours now".
When we got done I said"please be sure you have the correct paperwork so they're is no mix up" The technician told me to"JUST GET OUT! " "Go"
What the heck!? I apologize and told him I did not mean to offend him but seeing as howl I was the wrong Linda I didn't want our paperwork to get mixed up! I will never go back to this location. I would never be rude to a technician and I have never been treated so poorly I did tell the manager to complain but of course I never got a call back

Thought I could get in and out with a first in the morning appointment, but there were already people in the waiting room when I arrived. Needed a CT w/contrast so I didn't know I had to drink the "Crystal Light" and then drink it again 30 minutes later. So it was a long wait. All the staff were very nice and explained everything well. All in all it was not a bad experience.

Waiting time took over an hour for walk-in today even though there were only couple people in waiting room (no staff present). Would appreciate it if staff could provide waiting status update so patients could decide whether to continue waiting or go to another location.
